Produced Water & Industrial Wastewater Treatment System
LINSON OIL supplies project-configured treatment systems for oilfield produced water and industrial wastewater. The treatment route is defined from influent water quality, flow variation, oil and suspended-solids loading, salinity, temperature, COD or other applicable indicators, site constraints and the confirmed final destination such as reuse, discharge, reinjection or downstream treatment.
No universal treatment train or outlet value is assumed. Process steps, chemicals, materials and polishing requirements remain project-specific until the influent analysis and outlet basis are clarified.

Water Quality Drives Process Selection
Influent analysis and final-water destination determine which oil-removal, clarification, filtration, dosing and solids-handling steps belong in the package.
Water Treatment Logic
Define the influent, remove the relevant contaminants, manage residuals and connect the treated water to its final destination.
Equalization, oil removal, flotation or settling, clarification, filtration, chemical dosing and sludge handling are possible process functions rather than a fixed sequence. Each stage is included only where supported by water analysis, operating data and the required outlet basis.
- 01 / DEFINE
Characterize the Influent
Confirm water source, flow and variation, oil content, suspended solids, salinity, temperature, COD or other relevant analysis.
- 02 / BUFFER
Equalize / Buffer if Required
Use receiving or buffer capacity where variable flow or contaminant loading must be stabilized before downstream treatment.
- 03 / REMOVE
Remove Oil & Solids
Apply project-selected oil separation, settling/clarification, flotation where required, filtration or solid-liquid separation.
- 04 / CONDITION
Dose / Polish as Required
Add chemical dosing or further polishing only where the validated treatment chemistry and outlet requirement justify it.
- 05 / ROUTE
Manage Residuals & Final Water
Coordinate sludge, recovered oil, drains and treated-water interfaces for reuse, discharge, reinjection or downstream treatment.
Applications
For water streams that need a defined treatment objective and destination.
When the inlet is still a multiphase oil/gas/water produced stream, use the Oilfield Produced Fluid Treatment System page first. This page begins with a water or wastewater treatment duty.
Oilfield Produced Water
Water-treatment packages downstream of production separation or other field liquid-handling stages.
Industrial Wastewater
Project-defined equipment for industrial wastewater where the contamination profile and target outlet basis are available.
Reuse / Downstream Treatment
Pretreatment or conditioning packages that prepare water for a confirmed reuse point or a downstream treatment process.
Reinjection / Discharge Interface
Treatment scope developed against the project-specified reinjection or discharge requirements and responsibility boundary.
Typical Treatment Units
Select equipment from the actual contaminants and outlet target.
Available manufacturing scope supports water-treatment equipment, industrial wastewater treatment equipment, filters, dosing equipment, aeration-related equipment and sludge-scraping equipment. Final unit selection remains a project engineering decision.
Equalization / Buffering
Receiving tanks or vessels can provide buffer volume and flow equalization where influent conditions vary over time.
Oil Removal
Coalescing or other project-selected oil-water separation equipment can be used where free/dispersed oil removal is required.
Settling / Clarification / Flotation
Clarification, settling or flotation can be evaluated where the actual suspended-solids or oil-removal duty supports that route.
Filtration / Solid-Liquid Separation
Filters and solid-liquid separation stages are selected from particle loading, required downstream protection and outlet basis.
Chemical Dosing / Aeration Interfaces
Dosing or aeration-related equipment is included only where validated process chemistry or the selected treatment route requires it.
Sludge / Recovered Oil Handling
Sludge collection/scraping, transfer and recovered-oil interfaces are coordinated according to the residual-handling philosophy.
Engineering Inputs
Water analysis and final destination come before the equipment list.
Provide recent representative water analysis and expected operating range where possible. If the final outlet requirement has not yet been confirmed, it should remain an explicit clarification item rather than an assumed treatment guarantee.
Source / Flow / Variation
Water source, normal/min/max flow, batch or continuous operation, upstream process and variation in contaminant load.
Influent Water Analysis
Oil content, suspended solids/turbidity, salinity/TDS where applicable, temperature, pH, COD or other relevant project indicators and solids characteristics.
Outlet / Destination Basis
Required outlet conditions and final reuse, discharge, reinjection or downstream-treatment destination, including owner/EPC acceptance basis.
Site / Utilities / Scope
Plot, tanks, pumps, chemical/power/air utilities, hazardous area, materials/corrosion, battery limits, controls, inspection/FAT, documents and delivery constraints.
Manufacturing, Integration & FAT
Build the confirmed treatment package around defined equipment and interfaces.
LINSON OIL resources support equipment fabrication, piping prefabrication, skid assembly, valve/instrument installation and electrical/control integration. Inspection, applicable pressure/leak testing, functional checks and FAT are arranged according to the approved project specification and ITP.
Engineering Release
Confirm treatment route, equipment list, materials, chemicals/interfaces, instruments, controls and inspection points.
Fabrication & Assembly
Fabricate defined equipment and integrate piping, valves, pumps/instruments, structure and project-selected treatment units.
Inspection & Functional Checks
Perform material, dimensional, applicable leak/pressure, instrument, electrical/control and package functional checks to scope.
FAT & Delivery Records
Arrange FAT, customer/EPC/TPI witness support, project records and packing/delivery preparation where included.

Direct Manufacturing-Scope Evidence
Industrial Wastewater & Water-Treatment Equipment
Available manufacturing qualification material explicitly covers water-treatment equipment including industrial wastewater treatment equipment, and also lists filters, dosing equipment, aeration-related equipment and sludge-scraping equipment. It supports capability positioning without defining a universal treatment process.

Send the influent analysis and final-water destination.
Share recent water analysis, normal/min/max flow, oil and suspended-solids data, salinity/TDS where relevant, temperature, pH, COD or other project indicators, required outlet basis, final reuse/discharge/reinjection destination, PFD/P&ID, Data Sheet, Technical Specification and site constraints. We will clarify the treatment route before quotation.
Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
