Intelligent Ultra-Long-Stroke Artificial Lift System
LINSON OIL supplies project-configured artificial-lift systems that coordinate a surface long-stroke pumping unit, rod-string solution, downhole pump, wellhead sealing equipment, power/transmission scope, sensors and control functions around the actual well and operating objective. The system is engineered as one connected lift chain rather than as an isolated pumping unit.
Long-stroke, lower-frequency operation and intelligent-control functions are evaluated as part of the project system. Stroke, operating frequency, pump size, well depth, load, production rate, power, energy performance, service life and communications architecture are not treated as universal values.

Integrated Artificial-Lift Package
Surface motion, rod movement, downhole pumping, wellhead sealing and operating feedback are coordinated from one well-specific design basis.
Artificial-Lift System Logic
Convert controlled surface motion into a coordinated rod-and-pump lift cycle.
The durable engineering sequence is consistent even though the actual stroke, frequency, rod design, pump, power and control settings are project-specific. Well conditions and production objectives come first; subsystem configuration follows.
- 01 / POWER
Supply & Control Power
Confirm site power, electrical interfaces, protection philosophy and control requirements for the wellsite.
- 02 / DRIVE
Create Long-Stroke Motion
The surface drive and transmission generate the project-defined reciprocating motion required by the lift design.
- 03 / TRANSFER
Transmit Motion Through the Rod String
Flexible, composite or other project-selected rod-string components transfer surface motion through the well completion.
- 04 / LIFT
Operate the Downhole Pump
The downhole pump is selected around fluid, completion, inflow and operating data rather than a fixed catalogue duty.
- 05 / FEEDBACK
Monitor & Adjust Operation
Sensors, control logic, alarms and remote/automatic functions are configured to the approved operating and integration philosophy.
Well & Application Context
System applicability starts with the well, fluid and lift objective.
Existing brochure material shows conventional, low-permeability and deep-well application examples, but those case conditions are not presented here as universal performance limits.
Existing Rod-Pump Wells
Retrofit or replacement review where production history, current stroke/frequency, loads, rod/tubing condition and pump data are available.
Low-Inflow / Low-Permeability Wells
Projects evaluating longer-stroke, lower-frequency pumping concepts against inflow, fluid level, production profile and intervention history.
Deeper or Challenging Completions
Well-specific engineering where depth, trajectory, load, rod/tubing friction, pump setting and completion interfaces require coordinated review.
Automation / Operating Upgrade
Projects adding monitoring, protection, variable operating modes or remote/automatic control around an approved artificial-lift configuration.
Integrated Subsystems
The procurement object is the coordinated lift system, not one machine.
Source material directly presents the long-stroke pumping unit together with flexible lifting rod, long-life wellhead sealing device, ultra-long-stroke downhole pump and composite rod products. Final inclusion and configuration remain project-defined.
Surface Drive & Transmission
Pumping-unit structure, power input, transmission and motion arrangement are selected from the wellsite and lift design.
Rod-String System
Flexible/composite or other supported rod routes are reviewed against depth, trajectory, stroke, load, corrosion and tubing interaction.
Ultra-Long-Stroke Downhole Pump
Pump configuration is selected from completion, fluid properties, expected rate, pump setting and operating strategy.
Wellhead Sealing Device
Wellhead sealing and rod-passage interfaces are coordinated with the wellhead, pressure boundary and rod movement.
Sensors & Intelligent Control
Operating modes, alarms, monitoring, variable control and remote/automatic functions are established from the site control philosophy.
Power / Electrical / Site Interfaces
Power supply, cabling, enclosure, hazardous-area basis, foundation/footprint, lifting, maintenance access and communications interfaces are confirmed by project.
Engineering Inputs
Well data, current lift behavior and operating objective define the package.
For retrofit wells, current dynamometer/load information, intervention history and existing equipment data are especially useful. For new completions, provide the completion schematic and production/inflow basis available at the project stage.
Well / Completion
Well type, measured/vertical depth, trajectory, casing/tubing, pump setting, wellhead arrangement and completion restrictions.
Fluid / Production / Inflow
Oil/water/gas information, fluid level/inflow data if available, viscosity, sand/solids, corrosive components and production history.
Existing Lift / Mechanical Loads
Current lift method, stroke/frequency, pump/rod/tubing details, load data if available, failures, wear, rod/tubing friction and intervention record.
Power / Control / Site
Available power, site footprint, climate, hazardous-area basis, control/communication requirements, remote operation, maintenance access and lifting constraints.
Engineering, Manufacturing & Verification
Verify the system at subsystem and interface level before field deployment.
Execution can involve metal equipment, rod/composite components, downhole products, wellhead interfaces, electrical/control assembly and project documentation. Inspection and testing must follow the exact released subsystem specifications and integration scope rather than one generic FAT checklist.
System Engineering Release
Confirm well basis, subsystem selection, interfaces, operating philosophy, control requirements and acceptance scope.
Subsystem Production / Procurement
Prepare project-selected surface, rod, pump, sealing, electrical and control components to the released technical basis.
Interface & Functional Verification
Check dimensions/interfaces, motion/control functions and other project-defined inspections at the appropriate subsystem or package level.
Delivery / Installation Basis
Coordinate packing, lifting, installation interfaces, manuals/records, commissioning scope and after-sales requirements where included.
