GRP Panels
LINSON OIL supports project-specific GRP panel products developed from panel function, layout, geometry, openings, interfaces, service environment, installation method and project acceptance requirements.
The source portfolio directly lists GRP Panel Products as a distinct molded-product family. Panel thickness, dimensions, resin system, reinforcement content, structural strength, fire performance, temperature limits, service life and certifications remain project- or product-specific.
Panel Role
Define what the panel must do before defining the panel itself.
A useful RFQ starts with the installation and function. The panel may be part of an enclosure, partition, cover, guard or other project assembly, but suitability should be confirmed from the actual duty rather than assumed from the product name.
Boundary / Separation
Clarify whether the panel separates spaces, shields equipment or forms part of a larger enclosure or assembly.
Access / Removability
Confirm whether panels are fixed, removable, service-access elements or part of a modular installation sequence.
Openings / Penetrations
Identify doors, windows, cable entries, pipe passages, vents or other required cut-outs and local interfaces.
Support / Installation
Define the receiving frame/structure, fixing points, access and site-installation responsibility.
Geometry & Interfaces
Panel geometry is an interface problem as much as a shape problem.
Panel Layout
Overall dimensions, segmentation, panel count, orientation and transport/installation logic.
Edges / Joints
Edge condition, mating faces, joint positions, fastener locations and sealing expectations where applicable.
Openings / Inserts
Cut-outs, penetrations, hardware, local reinforcement and project-defined insert requirements.
Handling / Installation
Lifting, storage, assembly sequence, support points and access restrictions.
Engineering Inputs
Drawings, interfaces and environment define the technical review.
Layout / Dimensions
GA drawings, panel schedule, dimensions, openings and installation position.
Service Environment
Indoor/outdoor exposure, moisture, chemicals, weathering, temperature basis and cleaning conditions.
Interfaces / Fixings
Frames, supports, joints, fasteners, hardware, penetrations and connected equipment.
QA / Commercial Scope
Quantity, finish, inspection, documentation, packing, site-assembly boundary and destination.
Manufacturing & Inspection
Control the panel against the released drawing and project basis.
Manufacturing route, material system, finishing and acceptance points depend on the exact panel product and approved specification. Generic composite performance values should not replace project-specific requirements.
- 01
Drawing / Material Release
Confirm panel drawing, interfaces, material/finish basis and acceptance requirements.
- 02
Panel Production / Secondary Work
Produce to the released configuration, including required cut-outs, inserts or finishing where included.
- 03
Dimensional / Interface Inspection
Verify project-defined dimensions, openings, mating/interface areas and appearance criteria.
- 04
Packing / Identification
Protect edges/surfaces, identify panels and prepare agreed records for delivery.
Direct Evidence
GRP Panel Products are directly documented as a distinct product family.
The same source page separately lists SMC Molded Products, BMC Molded Products, GRP Panel Products and High Strength Composite Rig Mats. That supports keeping these as separate procurement pages instead of collapsing them into one generic composite-products page.
Evidence Boundary
The source proves the product family, not universal panel thickness, dimensions, load rating, resin chemistry, fire rating or service life.

GRP Panels RFQ
Send the panel layout, interfaces and environment basis.
Share GA/sketches, panel schedule, dimensions, openings, installation/interface details, service environment, quantity, finish and project inspection/documentation requirements.
Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
