Oilfield Heating Equipment
Explosion-Proof
Electromagnetic Heater
LINSON OIL supplies electromagnetic heating equipment for oilfield pipeline, tank and applicable process-heating duties. Electromagnetic induction is used to generate heat through the designed heating body, while electrical, control and hazardous-area requirements are confirmed against the actual project basis.

Working Principle
Induction-generated heat for process media heating.
The system uses an electromagnetic field to induce heat in the designed ferromagnetic heating body. Heat is then transferred to the process medium through the equipment structure. The final arrangement is selected from the required duty, medium, electrical supply, controls, process connections and installation conditions.
-
01
Power & control input
Power supply and control requirements are clarified as part of the project technical review.
-
02
Electromagnetic induction
The electromagnetic field induces heat in the designed ferromagnetic heating body without relying on direct flame contact with the process medium.
-
03
Heat transfer to media
The process medium is heated through the specified equipment configuration and process flow path.
-
04
Project-confirmed control
Control, monitoring, interlocks and hazardous-area requirements are confirmed according to the project.
Applications
Electromagnetic heating for oilfield process duties.
Final suitability depends on the process medium, heating objective, electrical supply, installation method, controls and project requirements.
Pipeline Media Heating
Electromagnetic heating can be configured for applicable oilfield pipeline heating duties where the process basis and electrical conditions support this route.
Storage-Tank Heating
Tank-heating arrangements can be reviewed using an electromagnetic heating body and project-specific temperature-control scheme.
Heavy Oil & Viscous Media
Heating duty can be evaluated for heavy-oil and other viscous media where temperature conditioning is required by the operating process.
Integrated Field Packages
The heater may be supplied as a standalone unit or integrated with piping, valves, instruments, controls and structural support where required.
Structure & Configuration
Defined around the actual supply boundary.
Equipment can be supplied as a heating unit or as part of an integrated skid. The final configuration is based on the process duty, required interfaces, customer specification and site conditions.
Electromagnetic Heating Body
Heating body, casing, flange and process-side arrangement are defined for the confirmed medium, duty and mechanical design basis.
Control Cabinet & Protection
Temperature regulation, switching, protection, alarms, grounding and communication interfaces are developed to the project electrical and control basis.
Piping & Valves
Process connections, isolation, bypass, drain and vent arrangements as included in the agreed scope.
Instruments & Interfaces
Instrument selection, cable interfaces, alarms and field integration details defined during technical clarification.
Skid & Auxiliary Scope
Skid frame, lifting points, access, insulation, coating, electrical integration and auxiliary components can be reviewed according to the required package scope. Hazardous-area requirements are assessed and confirmed per project.
Engineering Inputs
Better inputs support a clearer technical proposal.
If information is incomplete, our engineering team can clarify the available data before defining the technical basis.
