Metering & Separation Skid
LINSON OIL supplies project-configured metering and separation skids for oil and gas production, well testing, gathering and field-transfer duties. Two-phase or three-phase separation, metering method, manifolds, piping, valves, instruments, controls and optional heating or auxiliary functions are defined from the actual fluid data, operating cases and project scope.

Integrated Field Package
Separator, metering, piping, valves, instruments and controls are coordinated to the approved process basis and battery limits.
Process Logic
Separate the wellstream, measure the required streams and route them to the next process step.
The skid is not defined by one standard P&ID. Phase count, separator type, metering arrangement, inlet/outlet manifolds, heating, sand handling, instruments and control philosophy depend on the fluid condition and project requirement.

The exact equipment list follows the approved P&ID. Optional functions remain optional unless the process basis requires them.

Metering & Instrumentation
Flow measurement, pressure, temperature, level, sampling and data/reporting interfaces selected for the required duty.
Manifolds, Valves & Piping
Inlet, bypass, test/production, phase outlet, drain and vent routing coordinated to the approved process scheme.
Controls & Shutdown Interfaces
Local instruments, control panels, alarms, permissives, shutdown signals and remote interfaces according to project philosophy.
Optional Process Functions
Heating, sand handling, chemical injection, filtration or other functions are included only when required by the operating condition and scope.
Skid & Structural Integration
Base frame, supports, access, lifting, preassembly and transport considerations are coordinated to the site and delivery plan.
Engineering Inputs
Define the fluid, operating envelope and metering objective first.
Where the project basis is incomplete, send the available Process Data, P&ID or wellstream information. The missing points can be clarified before a final package configuration is proposed.
Wellstream / Fluid Data
Oil/gas/water rates, water cut, gas-oil ratio, density/viscosity, solids or sand and phase behavior where available.
Operating Conditions
Normal/min/max flow cases, operating/design pressure and temperature, turndown or test cases and upstream variation.
Metering & Control Basis
Required measured streams, metering method if specified, sampling/reporting needs, control philosophy and communication interfaces.
Project & Site Interfaces
P&ID, Data Sheet, Technical Specification, materials/corrosion basis, hazardous-area requirements, utilities, plot and transport limits.
Manufacturing & FAT
Factory integration supports a more controlled skid delivery.
Applicable vessel fabrication, piping prefabrication, skid assembly, valve/instrument installation and control integration are coordinated to the approved project scope. Inspection and FAT follow the project specification and ITP.
Engineering Release
Approved P&ID, equipment data, drawings, materials and inspection points are coordinated before fabrication.
Fabrication & Assembly
Separator, skid structure, piping, valves, instruments and related components are assembled to the confirmed supply boundary.
Inspection & Testing
Material, dimensional, applicable NDT, pressure/leak, instrument and functional checks are performed as required.
FAT & Records
FAT, customer/EPC/third-party witness support and quality records are arranged where included in the agreed scope.
