The exact manufacturing route depends on the approved technical scope, equipment type, materials, inspection plan and project responsibilities.
Pressure Equipment
Separators, vessels, scrubbers, filters, heaters, heat-transfer equipment and other customized pressure/process equipment according to approved project requirements.
Piping / Prefabrication
Pipe prefabrication, nozzles, manifolds, valves, supports and equipment/skid piping integrated to the approved design basis.
Skid / Package Assembly
Mechanical, piping, valve, instrument, electrical and control-system integration where included in the supply scope.
Project Documentation
Material, welding, inspection, test, FAT and release records prepared according to the agreed ITP/document register.
02 / Raw Material & Traceability
Material control starts before fabrication.
Incoming material inspection, Material Certificate verification and traceability are part of LINSON OIL's documented quality-control route. Required records depend on the equipment, code/specification and project ITP.
Incoming Verification
Check material identity, documentation and purchase/project requirements before release to fabrication.
MTC / Identification
Maintain Material Certificate and identification records where required by the approved quality plan.
Traceability Through Fabrication
Retain traceability as required through cutting, forming, welding, assembly and inspection stages.
Project-Specific Requirements
Customer/EPC specifications may add marking, PMI, documentation or inspection requirements by project.
03 / Cutting · Rolling · Machining
Prepare components for controlled fabrication and fit-up.
Documented manufacturing resources include laser, plasma and profile cutting; CNC plate rolling; turning and machining. The actual manufacturing sequence is defined by the equipment drawing, material and fabrication procedure.
Cutting
Laser, plasma and profile-cutting resources support plate/profile preparation according to approved drawings.
Plate Rolling / Forming
CNC plate-rolling resources support cylindrical/formed pressure-equipment fabrication routes where applicable.
Turning / Machining
Turning and machining resources support flanges, nozzles, components and other project-specific machining work.
Fit-Up Preparation
Prepared components proceed to fit-up/fabrication under the applicable drawing, tolerance and inspection requirements.
04 / Welding & Fabrication
Control welding through approved procedures and qualified personnel.
LINSON OIL's documented quality route includes Welding Procedure and welder-qualification control. Automatic/TIG welding resources and pressure-equipment fabrication are available within the broader manufacturing system.
WPS / Procedure Control
Apply the approved welding procedure and project/code requirements to the relevant joints and materials.
Welder Control
Welder qualification/authorization is controlled for the applicable work and manufacturing entity.
Fit-Up / Fabrication
Coordinate joint preparation, fit-up, sequence, distortion control and dimensional requirements according to the approved route.
Records / Inspection
Maintain welding/fabrication and inspection records as required by the project quality plan.
05 / Vessel · Piping · Skid Assembly
Move from fabricated components to complete equipment and packages.
Pressure-vessel fabrication, pipe prefabrication, skid assembly and valve/instrument/electrical/control integration are documented manufacturing resources. Integration depth follows the confirmed scope.
Pressure Equipment Assembly
Shells, heads, nozzles, internals, supports and other approved components are assembled to the equipment drawing and inspection plan.
Piping / Valves
Pipe spools, valves, fittings, drains/vents and equipment tie-ins are coordinated within the approved package scope.
Instrument / Electrical
Instrument, electrical and control items are integrated and tested where included by the project scope.
Factory Preassembly
Factory preassembly can be used where practical to reduce field installation and commissioning work.
06 / Dimensional Inspection & NDT
Inspection follows the drawing, code, ITP and project requirements.
LINSON OIL's documented QC route includes dimensional inspection and applicable RT, UT, MT, PT and other NDT. The method, extent, acceptance criteria and witness requirements are not fixed universally; they are determined by the applicable technical basis.
Dimensional Inspection
Verify agreed dimensions, nozzle orientation, fit-up/alignment and assembly characteristics against approved drawings.
RT / UT
Volumetric NDT applied where required by code/specification, drawings and ITP.
MT / PT
Surface NDT methods used where applicable to material, joint and inspection requirements.
TPI / Customer Witness
Customer, EPC and third-party inspectors can participate at agreed hold/witness points.
07 / Hydro · Pressure · Leak Test
Testing is performed where required by the equipment and project basis.
The documented quality route includes hydrostatic, pressure, leak and tightness testing where required. Test media, pressure, duration, acceptance and witness points remain project/code specific.
Hydrostatic / Pressure Test
Conduct applicable equipment/piping pressure testing against the approved test procedure and technical basis.
Leak / Tightness Test
Perform leak/tightness testing where required by the project, equipment type and approved procedure.
Instrument / Control Test
Instrument, electrical and control-system checks are performed where such systems are included in scope.
Test Records
Prepare agreed test records for customer/EPC/TPI review and final manufacturing documentation.
08 / Surface Preparation & Coating
Protect fabricated equipment according to the specified coating system.
Surface preparation, coating and corrosion-protection inspection are part of the documented QC route. The actual coating system, preparation grade, DFT and acceptance criteria follow project specifications and the approved coating procedure.
Scope Boundary
Do not infer one coating system or corrosion allowance for all equipment. Material and coating selections must remain tied to service environment, project specification and the actual manufacturing scope.
09 / Final Assembly & FAT
Release the equipment against the confirmed inspection and documentation basis.
Final assembly inspection, instrument/electrical/control testing, FAT, customer/EPC/TPI participation, pre-shipment inspection and quality documentation are coordinated according to project scope.
Complete Assembly
Check nozzles, piping, valves, internals and complete equipment/skid assembly as applicable.
Functional / I&C Checks
Complete specified instrument, electrical, control and package checks prior to release.
FAT / Witness
Run agreed FAT activities with customer/EPC/TPI participation where required by the ITP.
Final Records / Release
Compile agreed material, welding, NDT, pressure-test, FAT and pre-shipment records before release.
10 / Qualifications & Certificate Ownership
Keep manufacturing resources separate from certificate ownership.
The broader manufacturing system includes pressure-vessel design/manufacturing, pressure-piping, GC2, ISO management-system and laboratory resources. Depending on manufacturing facility/project, ASME S, ASME U and National Board resources may also be available.
Formal certificates, contracts, audits and legal documents must retain the actual manufacturing entity and certificate holder. CE, EAC and destination-market requirements are evaluated by project.
11 / Manufacturing Evidence
Use workshop, inspection, FAT and project evidence together.
A serious manufacturing review should show how equipment moves through fabrication and quality control—not only finished-product photos.
He50 Three-Phase Separator Skid
Project evidence for modular skid fabrication, internal piping/valve integration and factory prefabrication.
Shunbei Dehydration Project
Project evidence for integrated gas-treatment equipment and package execution.
Quality Control & FAT
Inspection, testing, customer/EPC/TPI and final quality-documentation route.
Project Execution & Delivery
Manufacturing is coordinated with documentation, packing, delivery, commissioning and after-sales responsibilities.
Manufacturing RFQ
Send the approved technical basis and manufacturing requirements.
Useful inputs include equipment list, Process Data, P&ID, Data Sheet, drawings, Technical Specification, material requirements, code/certification basis, ITP/NDT/FAT requirements, destination and requested scope of supply.
Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
