Ultra-Long-Stroke Downhole Pump

LINSON OIL supports ultra-long-stroke downhole-pump selection for rod-driven artificial-lift systems and suitable standalone replacement or upgrade projects. Pump configuration is clarified from the well, completion, fluid, inflow, rod-string motion and operating history rather than from a fixed catalogue duty.

The source portfolio directly documents an Ultra-long stroke oil pump product family. Pump diameter, total length, plunger length, stroke, materials and other listed values remain product/model-specific and are not treated as universal website specifications.

Direct Product Evidence

The final pump must be matched to the actual rod stroke, completion, pump setting, fluid behavior and well operating basis.

Working Principle

Convert rod reciprocation into repeated downhole fluid displacement.

The exact internal valve and sealing arrangement depends on the selected pump model. At page level, the durable engineering logic is to coordinate intake conditions, reciprocating plunger/cylinder motion, controlled fluid transfer and discharge into the production tubing.

01 / INTAKE

Receive Produced Fluid

Pump setting, fluid level/inflow and intake conditions define the available fluid entry basis.

02 / MOTION

Drive the Plunger / Pumping Element

Rod-string reciprocation produces the project-defined pump motion and displacement cycle.

03 / TRANSFER

Control Fluid Transfer

The selected pump's internal flow-control arrangement directs fluid through the pumping cycle.

04 / DISCHARGE

Lift into Production Tubing

Displaced fluid is routed into the tubing while the complete rod-pump system is checked for interface and operating compatibility.

Selection Map

Select the pump from five connected data groups.

This replaces a generic specification table. The useful procurement question is not “what is the standard pump?” but “what pump fits this well, this rod motion and this fluid?”

Well Geometry

MD/TVD, trajectory, casing/tubing, completion schematic, pump setting and intervention restrictions.

Fluid & Inflow

Oil/water/gas behavior, fluid level/inflow, viscosity, sand/solids, scale/wax and corrosion information where available.

Rod Motion

Rod-string route, surface stroke/frequency, load data and available dynamometer information for existing wells.

Current Pump History

Existing pump type/size/setting, run history, failure mode, wear, gas interference, solids or other operating observations.

Project Scope

Standalone pump vs system supply, connection/interface requirements, inspection, documents, field support and delivery scope.

Rod & Completion Interface

The pump sits inside a larger mechanical chain.

A

Rod / Lower Connector

Coordinate the lower rod connection with the selected pump product and string configuration.

B

Pump Setting / Completion

Review seating/installation concept, tubing and completion interfaces against the actual well program.

C

Surface Motion

For system applications, verify that surface stroke/frequency and rod motion match the downhole pump basis.

D

Workover / Retrieval

Include access, retrieval, maintenance and intervention requirements in the pump-selection discussion.

Product Evidence

The source brochure directly documents an ultra-long-stroke oil pump product family.

The brochure presents the pump as a core product of the long-life intelligent ultra-long-stroke oil production system and lists model-specific technical parameters. Those values belong to the documented product range and should be matched to the exact model during technical clarification, not generalized as a single standard specification.

Evidence Rule

Later image pass: use the exact pump product page or verified pump photo. Keep model-specific dimensions and operating data attached to that exact model/source only.

Ultra-Long-Stroke Downhole Pump RFQ

Send the well, inflow, pump and rod-motion basis.

Share completion schematic, pump setting, tubing/rod information, fluid/inflow data, current pump and operating history, stroke/frequency, failure observations and requested supply boundary.

Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
