Oil & Gas Process Solutions
LINSON OIL develops project-specific equipment and package solutions from Process Data, P&ID, Data Sheets, Technical Specifications, operating conditions, site constraints and the required scope of supply.
Capacity, separation efficiency, outlet quality, dew point, recovery rate, energy use and other performance targets are project-specific. They are not generalized from one project, one unit or one solution page to another.
01 / Solution Selection Logic
Select the route from the operating problem, not from a generic equipment list.
A solution page should help define the process problem, equipment relationship, battery limits and engineering inputs before quotation.
- 01
Define the Process Duty
Clarify the required separation, heating, dehydration, stabilization, recovery, treatment, corrosion-control or production objective.
- 02
Review Operating Conditions
Review flow basis, pressure, temperature, composition, water/solids, corrosion, utility and site conditions.
- 03
Define Equipment & Interfaces
Confirm equipment, piping, valves, instruments, controls, structural scope, tie-ins and customer/EPC responsibilities.
- 04
Align Inspection & Delivery
Coordinate drawings, manufacturing, inspection/FAT, documentation, packing and destination requirements.
02 / Oil · Gas · Water Separation & Metering
Separate phases and define what must be measured, controlled and exported.
This route covers production/test separation, oil-gas-water separation, metering and related field process interfaces. Selection starts from phase behavior, fluid composition, pressure/temperature, solids, water cut, required measurements and downstream routing.
Phase Separation
Define two-phase or three-phase duty from the actual incoming stream.
Metering Scope
Clarify the required measured streams, instruments and reporting/control interfaces.
Package Boundary
Confirm valves, piping, drains, vents, controls and export tie-ins.
03 / Crude Oil Heating · Gathering · Separation
Coordinate heating with collection, separation and downstream handling.
Crude-oil heating is evaluated as part of the wider gathering and treatment route. The correct arrangement depends on fluid properties, inlet/outlet conditions, upstream/downstream equipment and site utilities.
Crude Oil Heating, Gathering & Separation →Gathering Basis
Define field collection arrangement, incoming stream and downstream destination.
Heating Duty
Clarify temperature basis, heat source/utility and equipment interface without assuming one standard heater type.
Separation / Transfer
Coordinate phase separation, tankage, transfer and control requirements as part of the project scope.
04 / Natural Gas Dehydration
Choose the dehydration route from gas composition and required downstream condition.
Molecular sieve, TEG and other project-defined dehydration routes are evaluated from inlet gas composition, operating conditions, contaminants, regeneration/utilities, downstream requirements and project standards.
Natural Gas Dehydration & Treatment →Feed Gas
Composition, flow basis, pressure/temperature and contaminants as available.
Target Condition
Define the required downstream gas condition from the client/EPC/project basis.
Regeneration / Utilities
Coordinate heating, cooling, fuel, power and regeneration needs where applicable.
Package Interfaces
Define upstream separation, downstream handling, controls and battery limits.
05 / Condensate Stabilization
Define feed condition, separation route and stabilized-product requirement together.
Condensate stabilization can combine heat exchange, stabilization/stripping, separation, pumping, instrumentation and controls. Configuration is selected from feed composition, operating conditions, downstream specification and project interfaces.
Condensate Stabilization →Project-Specific Basis
Stabilized-product targets, tower internals, temperatures, reflux/stripping arrangement, capacity and energy use are not presented as universal values on this hub page.
06 / Associated Gas Recovery & Utilization
Build the recovery route around feed gas, product targets and utility integration.
Associated-gas projects can involve metering, compression, dehydration, hydrocarbon recovery, LNG-related processing, product handling, utilities, fire protection, automation and supporting systems depending on project scope.
Associated Gas Recovery & Utilization →Feed / Compression
Clarify gas source, pressure levels, composition and compression requirements.
Conditioning
Coordinate dehydration and other conditioning stages from downstream needs.
Recovery / Products
Define target products and handling/storage/loading interfaces from the project basis.
Utilities / Control
Integrate power, water, fire protection, automation and other supporting systems as required.
07 / Produced Fluid & Produced Water Treatment
Coordinate separation, polishing, transfer and reinjection or disposal duty.
Treatment route is selected from oil/water/gas/solids content, water chemistry, corrosion, downstream use, disposal/reinjection requirements, utilities and operating philosophy.
Produced Fluid & Produced Water Treatment →Primary Separation
Stabilize the stream and remove major phases/solids where required.
Polishing / Filtration
Use coalescing, filtration or clarification stages according to the treatment train.
Downstream Duty
Coordinate reuse, transfer, disposal or reinjection interfaces from the project requirement.
08 / Pipeline & Storage Corrosion Protection
Choose the corrosion-control route from service and installation context.
This solution route covers GRE/FRP pipelines, downhole composite tubing, anti-corrosion tubing/surface pipelines, composite tanks and tank liners. Each route has different structural, connection, installation and documentation requirements.
Surface GRE Line Pipe ≠ Downhole GRE Tubing ≠ Composite Tank ≠ Tank Liner ≠ Anti-Corrosion Tubing ≠ Anti-Corrosion Surface Pipeline
09 / Intelligent Artificial Lift
Treat the surface drive, rod system, downhole pump and wellhead as one production system.
Artificial-lift selection is reviewed from well geometry, production/fluid conditions, completion arrangement, downhole interfaces, surface power/control, wellhead sealing and maintenance requirements.
Intelligent Artificial Lift →Well Basis
Depth, deviation, tubing/casing context and completion details as available.
Production Basis
Fluid level, target production, viscosity, water cut, gas/solids and operating conditions.
Equipment Interfaces
Coordinate drive, rod/flexible-rod path, pump and wellhead sealing interfaces.
Control / Maintenance
Review power/control, access, lifting, inspection and maintenance requirements.
10 / Modular Skid Process Packages
Use modularization to coordinate interfaces before shipment.
Skid-mounted process packages can integrate project-defined equipment, piping, valves, instruments, electrical/control items and structural arrangements with clear battery limits and factory assembly/testing where practical.
Modular Skid Process Packages →Process Boundary
Define equipment, utility, drain/vent and process tie-ins.
Mechanical Boundary
Coordinate layout, support, access, lifting and transport constraints.

11 / How Solutions Connect
Solutions connect the process problem to equipment, evidence and execution capability.
