GRE / FRP Line Pipe
LINSON OIL supplies project-configured GRE/FRP line-pipe systems for surface transmission of oilfield water, industrial water, corrosive media and other project-defined fluids. Pipe body, joints, fittings, flanges/adaptors, route interfaces and field-installation requirements are selected from the actual medium, flow, pressure, temperature, corrosion conditions, route arrangement and client specification.
This page covers surface line pipe. Downhole composite tubing remains a separate product. Diameter, pressure class, temperature limit, wall structure, resin system, joint type, design life and applicable standards are not treated as universal values.

Composite Surface Pipeline System
Pipeline selection must coordinate fluid service, route, joints, fittings, supports or burial conditions, equipment tie-ins and field installation as one system.
Pipeline System Logic
Select the composite pipe around the fluid, route, joints and field interfaces—not the pipe body alone.
A reliable line-pipe scope begins with the transmitted medium and operating conditions, then considers route geometry, buried or above-ground installation, jointing, fittings, equipment connections, supports/anchors, construction sequence and inspection requirements.
- 01 / DEFINE
Define Fluid Service
Confirm medium, chemistry, solids, corrosion concerns, flow and operating/design conditions.
- 02 / ROUTE
Define the Route
Review route length, elevations, crossings, buried/above-ground sections, trench/rack/support conditions and site restrictions.
- 03 / CONNECT
Select Joints & Fittings
Coordinate the project-approved joint system, elbows, tees, reducers, flanges/adaptors and transitions with assembly and maintenance needs.
- 04 / INTERFACE
Resolve Equipment & Civil Interfaces
Confirm nozzles/tie-ins, supports, anchors, sleeves, road/crossing details, equipment connections and responsibility boundaries.
- 05 / EXECUTE
Prepare Installation & Inspection Basis
Align fabrication, shipment, field assembly, inspection/testing and project records with the approved route and specification.
Applications
For surface fluid-transfer duties where corrosion resistance and project-specific composite design are required.
Suitability must be checked against the actual fluid, P/T, solids, route loads, installation method, connection system and owner/EPC requirements.
Oilfield Water Lines
Produced-water, treated-water or other oilfield water-transfer duties where the composite route is technically suitable.
Industrial Water Transfer
Plant water and project utility-water transmission between tanks, treatment units, pump stations and facility interfaces.
Corrosive Process Media
Project-defined corrosive-fluid service after compatibility of the medium, temperature, pressure and composite material system is confirmed.
Tank / Facility Transfer
Above-ground, buried or mixed-route connections among tanks, manifolds, treatment equipment and other surface facilities.
Pipe System & Interfaces
Coordinate the pipe body, joints, fittings and route interfaces as one engineered system.
The exact product configuration is selected from project conditions and manufacturer data. High-/low-pressure positioning, buried/above-ground arrangement and connection type are not treated as interchangeable defaults.
Composite Pipe Body
Pipe construction, dimensions and material system are selected against the confirmed service, route and project specification.
Joint / Connection System
Joint type is chosen from the approved product system, sealing requirement, field assembly sequence, maintenance needs and project rules.
Fittings & Branches
Elbows, tees, reducers and other route components are coordinated with the pipe system and hydraulic/layout requirements.
Flanges / Adaptors / Transitions
Equipment tie-ins and transitions to other piping/material systems are resolved through project-approved interface details.
Supports / Anchors / Burial Interfaces
Support, anchor, guide, trench, bedding, sleeve or crossing details are coordinated with the civil/structural design where applicable.
Field Installation Considerations
Handling, storage, assembly access, alignment, route protection, inspection and testing requirements are defined for the selected system.
Engineering Inputs
Fluid compatibility, P/T and route data define the line-pipe system.
Provide the line list, fluid analysis, P&ID, route/plot information and client specification where available. When loads, connection details or material compatibility data are incomplete, they should remain engineering clarification items before quotation.
Fluid / Corrosion Basis
Medium, composition, salinity, solids, chemical constituents, density/viscosity where relevant and corrosion/compatibility concerns.
Flow / Pressure / Temperature
Required flow, normal/design pressure and temperature, operating scenarios, transients or other project-defined hydraulic conditions.
Route / Installation Basis
Route length, elevations, buried/above-ground sections, trench/support/rack data, crossings, soil/site conditions and transport/access limits.
Interfaces / Inspection / Documents
Nozzles/tie-ins, required branches, joint/interface preference if specified, owner/EPC requirements, inspection/testing, installation scope and document deliverables.
Composite Manufacturing & Project Inspection
Keep composite-pipe manufacturing and inspection tied to the approved product system and project documents.
LINSON OIL resources include GRE/FRP pipeline and other composite-product manufacturing capability. Production, dimensional/interface checks, project-required testing, documentation and delivery preparation are organized against the approved pipe system, specification and inspection plan. Metal-equipment NDT practices are not presented here as composite-pipe-specific proof.
Engineering Release
Confirm service, pipe system, route interfaces, fittings, joints, inspection requirements and supply boundary.
Pipe & Fitting Production
Manufacture project-selected composite pipe and compatible fittings/components to the approved product and quality basis.
Inspection / Testing
Perform project-defined dimensional, visual/interface and applicable pressure/leak or other specified checks without assuming a universal test regime.
Packing & Delivery Preparation
Coordinate pipe lengths/components, protection, marking, packing, documentation and shipment around the project delivery plan.

Dedicated composite-pipe source material can be used in the image pass to prove exact pipe, joint and application details.
GRE / FRP Line Pipe RFQ
Send the fluid, P/T, route and interface basis.
Share the fluid/service, composition/corrosion data, normal/design pressure and temperature, required flow, route length/elevations, buried/above-ground arrangement, crossings/supports, connection/interface requirements, P&ID, line list, route drawing and Technical Specification. We will clarify the pipe system before quotation.
Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
