Natural Gas Sweetening & Desulfurization
Gas Sweetening / Desulfurization Unit
LINSON OIL supplies project-configured gas sweetening and desulfurization equipment for natural-gas treatment. The treatment objective, process route, treatment medium or chemistry, regeneration requirement where applicable, equipment arrangement and package boundary are confirmed from gas analysis, operating conditions, downstream specification and project requirements.

Treatment Objective & Project Logic
Define the gas condition and sulfur-treatment objective before fixing the equipment route.
This product page does not assume one universal sweetening chemistry or regeneration scheme. The selected process must follow the feed analysis, required treated-gas condition, client/EPC process basis, utilities, safety philosophy and project specification.
Confirm the sour-gas basis
Review gas composition, H2S, CO2, water, hydrocarbon liquids, solids and other contaminants together with normal and off-design operating cases.
Define the required outlet condition
Confirm the downstream use and the project-specified H2S, CO2 or sulfur-related treatment requirement without assuming a standard outlet guarantee.
Confirm the treatment route
Treatment medium, contacting method, chemical handling and regeneration requirement, if any, are confirmed from the approved project process design rather than a catalogue default.
Define equipment and interfaces
Vessels or columns, piping, valves, pumps, filtration, heat-transfer duties, instruments, controls and utility interfaces are included only where required by the agreed scope.
Applications
Built for sour-gas handling and integrated field or plant projects.
Equipment and skid arrangements can be developed for natural-gas projects where sulfur- or acid-component treatment is defined by the process basis. Final suitability depends on gas analysis and the specified outlet condition.
Wellhead & Gathering Gas
Project-specific treatment packages for gas gathered from oil and gas production facilities, subject to feed conditions and field operating requirements.
Associated Gas Projects
Integrated arrangements supporting acid-component handling alongside separation, compression, dehydration, stabilization, recovery or utilization systems.
Gas Conditioning Units
Treatment sections integrated with upstream protection and downstream conditioning requirements defined by the process package or customer specification.
Integrated Skid Packages
Project-defined treatment equipment can be integrated with piping, valves, instruments, controls and structural support within an agreed battery limit.
Configuration & Supply Boundary
Configure the package around the confirmed operating case.
The final package may include individual equipment, modular sections or a complete integrated skid. Inclusion and arrangement are confirmed only after technical clarification.
Treatment Section
Contacting, reaction, separation or other treatment equipment is included only as defined by the approved project process route.
Treatment-Medium & Regeneration Interfaces
Chemical or treatment-medium storage, circulation, regeneration, heating or cooling functions are included only where required by the selected process.
Pre-Treatment & Protection
Inlet separation, filtration, liquid handling, solids management and other protective equipment evaluated against feed quality and operating risk.
Piping, Instruments & Controls
Valves, piping, analyzers, instruments, electrical equipment, control panels and interfaces defined within the project scope of supply.
Skid & Structural Integration
Structural frame, access platforms, lifting points, insulation interfaces and modularization reviewed for transport, installation and maintenance needs.
Documentation & Project Interfaces
Data sheets, drawings, inspection records, operating documents, recommended spares and customer-specified interfaces are aligned with the contract scope.
Engineering Inputs
Better inputs support a clearer technical proposal.
If your information is incomplete, send what is available. Our engineering team can review the basis and identify the technical questions needed before a quotation or configuration is finalized.
Process Basis

Manufacturing & FAT
Manufacturing and package integration follow the approved project scope.
LINSON OIL coordinates vessel, piping, skid, instrument and control integration with inspection and FAT activities defined by the project specification and ITP.
Engineering Release
Approved process basis, P&ID, equipment data, materials and inspection points are reviewed before fabrication.
Fabrication & Integration
Applicable vessels, piping, valves, instruments, electrical items and skid structure are fabricated and integrated to the confirmed supply boundary.
Inspection & Testing
Material control, dimensional inspection, applicable NDT, pressure/leak tests and functional checks are performed as required.
FAT & Records
FAT, customer/EPC/third-party witness support and quality records are arranged where included in the agreed project scope.
