Chemical Injection Skid
LINSON OIL supplies project-configured chemical injection skids for oil, gas, produced-water and field-process duties. Chemical storage, metering pumps, piping, valves, instruments, controls and structural skid integration are selected from the chemical properties, required injection duty, process pressure, site conditions and project specification.

Project-Configured Dosing Package
Tank, pump, piping, valves, instruments and controls are selected around the actual chemical service and injection point.
Dosing Function & System Logic
Move the specified chemical from storage to the injection point under controlled conditions.
There is no universal pump, tank, material or control arrangement. The final skid depends on chemical compatibility, dosing range, discharge pressure, storage philosophy, redundancy, hazardous-area basis, utilities and client/EPC requirements.
-
01 / STORE
Receive & Store
Define chemical receiving, storage/day-tank arrangement, fill connection, vent/drain, level monitoring and containment where required.
-
02 / METER
Meter & Pressurize
Select pump type, number of pumps, suction basis, required injection flow range and discharge pressure from the project duty.
-
03 / PROTECT
Monitor & Safeguard
Pressure, flow, level, relief, isolation, check-valve and alarm functions are included according to the confirmed operating philosophy.
-
04 / INJECT
Inject & Control
Route the dosing line to the defined process injection point and coordinate local/remote control, signals and shutdown interfaces.
Applications
Injection skids for process treatment, production support and water systems.
Chemical selection and dosage are process decisions. LINSON OIL’s equipment scope is configured to store, meter and inject the specified chemical safely within the agreed project basis.
Oil & Gas Production
Project-specified treatment chemicals for production, gathering and field-process equipment.
Separation & Gathering Facilities
Chemical dosing integrated with separators, gathering skids or related process packages where specified.
Produced-Water Treatment
Dosing support for project-defined produced-water treatment or reinjection systems.
Integrated Process Skids
Standalone or integrated dosing trains coordinated with piping, controls and the wider package battery limits.
Configuration & Supply Boundary
Build the skid around the chemical, pump duty and site interface.
The equipment list below is configurable. Tank size, pump type, number of trains, wetted materials, instrumentation and control architecture are not fixed catalogue values.
Chemical Storage / Day Tank
Tank or storage arrangement, fill, vent, drain, level indication and containment are selected around the specified chemical and refill philosophy.
Metering Pump Package
Pump type, drive, flow range, discharge pressure, duty/standby philosophy and wetted components are project-specific.
Piping, Tubing & Valves
Suction/discharge piping, isolation, check valves, relief arrangements, drains and injection-line interfaces are defined from the service.
Instrumentation & Safeguards
Pressure, flow, level and other monitoring or alarm functions are selected from the control and safeguarding requirements.
Electrical & Control Interface
Local panel, remote signals, control logic, electrical supply and hazardous-area requirements are coordinated to the project basis.
Skid & Structural Integration
Base frame, supports, access, lifting, cable routing, coating, packing and transport provisions are integrated as required.
Engineering Inputs
Chemical compatibility and injection duty drive the design.
Where the basis is incomplete, send the chemical name/SDS and the required injection point information first. Missing pump, tank, material and control inputs can then be clarified before quotation.
Chemical Properties
Chemical name, concentration, SDS, density, viscosity, corrosiveness, solids content and material-compatibility information where available.
Injection Duty
Normal/min/max dosing flow, injection/back pressure, operating schedule, suction condition and number of injection points.
Storage & Redundancy
Required storage duration, refill method, tank capacity basis, number of chemical trains and pump duty/standby philosophy.
Site & Control Basis
Electrical supply, hazardous-area requirement, ambient conditions, local/remote control, plant signals, plot and transport restrictions.
Manufacturing & FAT
Integrate the confirmed dosing equipment into one inspected package.
LINSON OIL coordinates structural skid fabrication, piping/tubing assembly, valves, instruments, electrical/control integration and applicable tank or pressure-retaining items according to the approved scope. Inspection and FAT follow the project specification and ITP.
Engineering Release
Approved Data Sheets, P&ID, GA, material basis and inspection points are coordinated before fabrication and assembly.
Skid Assembly
Tank, pump package, piping/tubing, valves, instruments and structural items are assembled to the confirmed supply boundary.
Inspection & Functional Checks
Material, dimensional, applicable pressure/leak and instrument/control checks are performed as required by scope.
FAT & Records
FAT, customer/EPC/third-party witness support and quality records are arranged where included in the project.
