Pumps & Pump Parts

LINSON OIL supports project-specific pump and pump-parts supply for oilfield and industrial fluid-handling duties. Technical review begins with the fluid, operating duty, installation interface, replacement basis and required supply boundary rather than a generic catalogue rating.

Current manufacturing-scope evidence directly includes screw pumps, pumps and pump parts. The website does not treat one pump type, flow, head, speed, power, pressure class, material, seal arrangement, API standard or service life as universal.

New pump, replacement unit, spare part and skid/package requests require different technical inputs.

Pump Duty

Define the fluid and operating duty before discussing the pump.

For a useful technical review, provide normal and limiting conditions where available. Missing data can be clarified before quotation.

01 / FLUID

Fluid & Solids Basis

Fluid description, viscosity behavior, temperature, solids/sand, gas content, water cut and corrosive components where relevant.

02 / HYDRAULIC

Flow & Pressure Conditions

Required flow, suction/discharge conditions, static levels or system resistance data where available.

03 / OPERATION

Operating Scenario

Continuous/intermittent duty, start-stop sequence, turndown/control philosophy and expected operating window.

04 / SITE

Installation Environment

Indoor/outdoor location, ambient/site conditions, utilities, access, hazardous-area basis if specified and maintenance constraints.

Pump Type / Supply Basis

Separate a new pump selection from a replacement or parts inquiry.

The evidence confirms screw pumps and broader pump/pump-parts supply scope. Other exact pump families should be quoted only after the requested duty and supplier product basis are confirmed.

New Pump Requirement

Provide process duty, fluid data, utilities, site conditions, package boundary and customer specification.

Screw Pump Requirement

Directly supported product scope; selection remains tied to the actual fluid, duty and project interfaces.

Replacement Pump

Share existing model/nameplate, datasheet, dimensions, nozzle/connection details, operating history and reason for replacement.

Pump Parts / Spares

Provide OEM/model, part number, drawing/photo, material/specification and quantity where available; equivalence must be technically reviewed.

Hydraulic & Mechanical Inputs

The quotation basis should match the system, not only the pump tag.

01

Hydraulic Data

Flow, suction/discharge conditions, system data, operating range and available NPSH-related information if provided by the project.

02

Mechanical Interface

Nozzle/connection basis, orientation, footprint, base/foundation, shaft/drive interface, lifting and maintenance envelope.

03

Drive / Utilities

Motor/drive requirement, electrical supply, speed/control philosophy, utilities and customer-supplied boundary.

04

Project Documents

Process Data, P&ID, Data Sheet, GA, existing drawing, Technical Specification, ITP or inspection requirements.

Materials & Interfaces

Confirm wetted parts, sealing and package interfaces from the actual service.

Material and sealing decisions should follow fluid composition, corrosion/erosion risk, temperature, solids, customer specifications and the exact selected pump design.

Wetted Components

Confirm material basis only after fluid and corrosion/erosion requirements are understood.

Seal / Leakage Control

Seal arrangement is product- and service-specific; no universal mechanical-seal claim is made.

Piping / Valve Interface

Coordinate suction/discharge, drains, vents, flushing or auxiliary interfaces only where included.

Skid / Instrument Interface

Baseplate, guard, piping, valves, instruments and controls are defined by the agreed package scope.

Manufacturing, Inspection & Evidence

Use direct product-scope evidence and project-specific inspection.

Shandong Xilong's certified management-system scope explicitly includes screw pumps, pumps and pump parts. LINSON OIL's broader project resources support engineering clarification, manufacturing coordination, inspection, packing and delivery. Exact pump performance and acceptance testing remain tied to the selected product and project requirement.

Evidence Boundary

Do not publish fixed flow, head, speed, power, pressure, material, mechanical seal, API standard, efficiency or service-life claims unless the exact selected product data supports them.

Pumps & Pump Parts RFQ

Send the duty, existing pump data or part identification.

For new pumps, share fluid and hydraulic duty. For replacement pumps or parts, add OEM/model, nameplate, part number, drawings, photos, dimensions and existing operating history where available.

Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
