Associated Gas / NGL Recovery Unit
LINSON OIL supplies project-defined equipment and skid packages for oilfield associated-gas recovery, gas conditioning, light-hydrocarbon/NGL recovery and downstream utilization. The process route is developed from feed composition, flow and operating conditions, recovery objectives, product or utilization route, site utilities and the agreed supply boundary.

Project-Defined Recovery Package
Compression, conditioning, dehydration, cooling/separation and hydrocarbon recovery functions are included only where required by the approved process route.
Recovery Objective & Process Logic
Start with the feed and intended product route—not a fixed recovery train.
Associated-gas projects can have different objectives: preparing gas for field use, recovering light hydrocarbons/NGL, routing dry gas to power or further processing, or combining several outcomes. Equipment selection therefore follows the confirmed feed analysis, operating conditions, recovery target and downstream interfaces.
-
01
Feed Gas Review
Confirm gas composition, flow, pressure, temperature, produced liquids, water and known contaminants.
-
02
Inlet Conditioning
Evaluate metering, compression, separation, filtration or dehydration only where required by the selected process scheme.
-
03
Cooling & Recovery
Define cooling, heat exchange, phase separation and light-hydrocarbon recovery around the approved process basis.
-
04
Liquid Product Handling
Recovered liquids may require project-defined stabilization, storage, pumping, metering or loading interfaces.
-
05
Dry Gas Utilization
Confirm the destination for remaining gas, such as fuel/power use, further processing, transport or another project-defined route.
Applications
Recovery packages for associated gas, light hydrocarbons and downstream utilization.
The same product page can cover different project configurations without treating one specific project train as a universal standard design.
Oilfield Associated Gas
Recovery and conditioning of gas produced together with crude oil where the project defines a utilization or recovery objective.
Light Hydrocarbon / NGL Recovery
Project-specific recovery and handling of condensable hydrocarbon components according to feed composition and target products.
Gas-to-Power / Site Use
Conditioning and routing of remaining gas for power generation, site fuel or another defined utilization route where required.
Integrated Gas-Processing Projects
Recovery sections integrated with dehydration, stabilization, LNG-related processing, loading or other project-defined systems.
Major Systems & Configurable Scope
Package modules follow the approved recovery route.
The items shown are potential package blocks, not a promise that every project uses every module. Final sequence, equipment and battery limits are confirmed during technical clarification.
Metering, Compression & Inlet Conditioning
Metering, compression, inlet separation, filtration and protective functions where required by the feed and process basis.
Dehydration & Gas Treatment
Molecular-sieve, TEG, sweetening or other treatment sections only where specified by the selected downstream process.
Cooling, Heat Exchange & Separation
Thermal conditioning and phase-separation equipment designed around the selected recovery scheme.
Light Hydrocarbon / NGL Recovery
Recovery section and associated process equipment defined from composition, recovery objective and product route.
Liquid Product Handling
Stabilization, pumping, metering, storage or loading interfaces where included in the project scope.
Controls, Utilities & Skid Integration
Piping, valves, instrumentation, electrical systems, controls, safety interfaces and structural modules coordinated by package boundary.
Engineering Inputs
Define the feed, recovery target and downstream route before equipment selection.
If process information is incomplete, send what is available. The missing inputs can be clarified before quotation and detailed technical submission.
Feed Gas & Liquids
Gas composition, hydrocarbon components, gas flow, associated liquid/condensate, water and expected operating variation.
Operating Conditions
Operating/design pressure and temperature, upstream pressure profile, available compression basis and site conditions.
Recovery & Product Objective
Target products or recovery objective, remaining-gas utilization route, downstream specification and liquid-handling basis.
Project Definition
PFD/P&ID, Data Sheets, Technical Specification, utilities, battery limits, hazardous-area basis, transport and inspection requirements.
Manufacturing & FAT
Manufacture and integrate the confirmed project scope.
Inspection and FAT activities follow the equipment scope, applicable specification and agreed ITP. Generic manufacturing evidence supports capability; it does not replace exact project evidence.
Engineering Release
Approved equipment data, drawings, materials, interfaces and inspection points are reviewed before fabrication.
Fabrication & Integration
Applicable pressure equipment, piping, valves, instruments and structural modules are fabricated and assembled to the confirmed scope.
Inspection & Testing
Material control, dimensional inspection, applicable NDT, pressure/leak and instrument/control checks are performed as required.
FAT & Records
FAT, customer/EPC/third-party witness support and quality records are arranged where included in the project scope.

Send available Process Data, gas analysis, PFD/P&ID, Data Sheet, Technical Specification, equipment list or a brief project description. LINSON OIL will review the process basis and clarify the required equipment boundary before quotation.
Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
