LINSON OIL

LNG Process Packages & Supporting Equipment

LNG packages shaped around your project route.

LINSON OIL supplies project-defined LNG-related process packages and supporting equipment for gas conditioning, pretreatment, dehydration, mercury removal where required, liquefaction-section interfaces, product handling and utility integration. The selected liquefaction technology and process route follow the client, EPC, licensor or project technical basis rather than a fixed proprietary LINSON process.

Project-Based LNG Processing Logic

Define the technology route first, then define LINSON OIL’s package boundary.

LINSON OIL does not present one fixed proprietary LNG liquefaction process. Pretreatment, dehydration, mercury removal, refrigeration/liquefaction interfaces, product handling and utilities are coordinated against the process scheme and technical requirements supplied by the client, EPC, licensor or project engineering basis.

01

Feed Gas Review

Confirm gas composition, flow, pressure, temperature, liquids, water and known contaminants.

02

Pretreatment Basis

Define separation, filtration, sweetening, dehydration or mercury-removal requirements only where specified by the selected process route.

03

Liquefaction Interface

Confirm the refrigeration/liquefaction technology basis, process interfaces and equipment responsibility split.

04

Product Handling

Coordinate LNG-related transfer, storage, metering, loading and downstream interfaces where included in scope.

05

Utilities & Controls

Define electrical, instrument, control, safety and utility interfaces together with the package battery limits.

Applications

LNG-related packages for field, terminal and associated-gas projects.

The final package depends on the project process route and battery limits. LINSON OIL may supply selected equipment, integrated skids or supporting modules rather than the entire liquefaction plant.

01

Associated-Gas Utilization

LNG-related treatment and package interfaces within associated-gas recovery and utilization projects.

02

Oilfield Terminal Gas Processing

Gas-treatment and LNG-related equipment integrated with terminal processing where defined by the project scheme.

03

Gas Pretreatment Packages

Separation, dehydration, mercury removal or other pretreatment sections supplied where required by the downstream LNG process.

04

Modular Project Packages

Skid-mounted vessels, piping, instruments, controls and supporting modules within an agreed project boundary.

Main Systems & Interfaces

Configure the package around the approved process route and battery limits.

Not every LNG project includes the same equipment. Each section below is included only when required by the process scheme and confirmed commercial scope.

Feed Reception & Inlet Conditioning

Inlet separation, filtration, pressure-control or compression interfaces where defined by the feed basis.

Gas Treatment & Dehydration

Sweetening, molecular-sieve or other specified dehydration treatment according to the approved process design.

Mercury Removal

Mercury-removal vessels or guard systems where mercury control is identified in the gas analysis and downstream specification.

Liquefaction & Refrigeration Interfaces

Pressure equipment, piping, heat-transfer and auxiliary interfaces supplied according to the selected technology and responsibility split.

Product & Storage Interfaces

Transfer, metering, loading or storage connections where included within the agreed package boundary.

Utilities, Instrumentation & Control

Electrical, instrument, control, shutdown, safety and utility interfaces coordinated to the project specification.

Engineering Inputs

Start with the approved process basis and interface responsibilities.

If the project is still in clarification, send the information already available. The missing inputs can then be identified before quotation and detailed technical submission.

Feed Gas Data

Gas flow, composition, water, H2S/CO2, mercury where relevant, hydrocarbon liquids, pressure and temperature.

LNG Process Basis

Client/EPC/licensor process route, PFD/P&ID, required LNG/product basis and defined process guarantees.

Utilities & Site Conditions

Electrical supply, heating/cooling utilities, ambient/site conditions, hazardous-area basis and plot restrictions.

Scope & Interfaces

Equipment list, battery limits, customer-supplied items, inspection requirements, transport limits and documentation scope.

Manufacturing & FAT

Manufacture and integrate the confirmed equipment scope.

LINSON OIL coordinates pressure equipment, piping, skid modules, instruments and controls within the confirmed LNG-related supply boundary. Inspection and FAT follow the applicable project specification and ITP.

01

Engineering Release

Approved equipment data, drawings, materials, interfaces and inspection points are coordinated before fabrication.

02

Fabrication & Skid Integration

Applicable vessels, piping, valves, instruments, electrical items and structural modules are fabricated and assembled to scope.

03

Inspection & Testing

Material control, dimensional inspection, applicable NDT, pressure/leak and instrument/control checks are performed as required.

04

FAT & Records

FAT, customer/EPC/third-party witness support and quality records are arranged where included in the project scope.

Start Technical Clarification

Send your LNG-related RFQ and available project data.

Share the feed-gas basis, client/EPC/licensor process route, PFD/P&ID, equipment list, Data Sheets, Technical Specification and required LINSON OIL supply boundary. Our team will review the interfaces before confirming a project-specific scope.

Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
