Intelligent Artificial Lift

LINSON OIL supports project-specific artificial lift solutions built around an intelligent ultra-long-stroke pumping unit, flexible rod / sucker-rod system, ultra-long-stroke downhole pump and long-life wellhead sealing device. System selection begins with the well, fluid, production objective and operating philosophy rather than one fixed machine configuration.

Model-specific stroke, load, displacement, motor power, service life, energy-saving percentage and single-well results remain product- or case-specific. They are not presented here as universal LINSON OIL system performance.

Surface drive, rod system, downhole pump and wellhead seal are reviewed as one mechanical operating chain.

Well Conditions

Start with the well and production duty before selecting the lift system.

A useful technical review should define the geometry, production conditions, fluid behavior and surface constraints that affect the full load path.

Well Geometry

Well depth, deviation profile, completion, tubing/casing, wellhead arrangement and available running space.

Production Duty

Production objective, operating history, liquid/gas behavior, water cut and expected variation through the operating cycle.

Fluid / Solids / Corrosion

Density, viscosity, gas, sand/solids, produced water, salinity, H2S/CO2 where relevant and other material/sealing concerns.

Surface / Utility Constraints

Available power, site access, foundation, lifting, maintenance envelope, hazardous-area basis if specified and control-system interface.

Lift System Architecture

Coordinate four equipment interfaces as one artificial-lift system.

The system architecture connects surface motion and control to the downhole pump through the rod system while maintaining a workable wellhead sealing interface.

01 / SURFACE

Intelligent Pumping Unit

Surface drive and control arrangement selected around required motion, load path, site conditions and operating philosophy.

02 / ROD

Flexible / Sucker-Rod System

Rod route and connections reviewed against the well path, load conditions, tubing arrangement and service environment.

03 / DOWNHOLE

Ultra-Long-Stroke Pump

Pump configuration reviewed against installation depth, fluid conditions, tubing/completion and production objective.

04 / WELLHEAD

Wellhead Sealing Device

Sealing arrangement coordinated with rod passage, wellhead geometry, operating conditions and maintenance approach.

Equipment Coordination

Review the complete motion and load path from surface drive to pump.

System performance depends on the mechanical relationship between surface drive, rod string, pump, tubing/completion and wellhead seal. Individual components should therefore not be selected in isolation.

Surface Drive → Rod

Confirm connection arrangement, motion transfer, load path, operating sequence and inspection/maintenance access.

Rod → Well Path

Review rod/flexible lifting components against deviation, tubing, completion geometry, depth and service environment.

Rod → Pump

Coordinate downhole connection, pump stroke requirement, installation depth and operating load basis.

Rod → Wellhead Seal

Confirm sealing interface, rod passage, alignment, access and replacement/maintenance philosophy.

Load & Stroke Inputs

Determine stroke and load from the actual system basis.

Stroke, load and drive requirements are calculated or selected for the specific well/system. Model values from one datasheet or case should not be generalized across projects.

01

Well / Completion

Depth, deviation, tubing/completion, wellhead and pump setting information.

02

Production Objective

Required operating duty, production target, expected variation and operating philosophy.

03

Fluid / Pump Basis

Fluid properties, gas, water, solids, pump information and available production history.

04

Mechanical / Drive Data

Available load data, existing equipment, connection details, power supply and customer constraints.

Control / Monitoring

Define automation around the operating philosophy and available field interfaces.

The source supports an intelligent system concept, but the exact signals, communications, protection functions, electrical architecture and remote-monitoring scope must be defined per project.

Drive / Motion Control

Operating logic and motion control follow the selected drive and project-defined duty.

Operating Data

Available status, alarm and monitoring points are defined from the agreed system scope.

Protection / Interlocks

Protective logic is developed from drive, mechanical, electrical and operating requirements.

Site System Interface

Coordinate power, field I/O, control-system boundary and communications only after customer/site requirements are confirmed.

Installation & Maintenance

Design the system so it can be installed, accessed and maintained at the wellsite.

Project execution should address transport, lifting, foundation, wellhead access, rod/pump running sequence, electrical/control interfaces, commissioning and service documentation.

Transport / Lifting / Foundation

Confirm shipment split, lifting points, foundation/interface information and field assembly responsibility.

Running / Commissioning Sequence

Coordinate rod, pump, wellhead seal and surface equipment installation with the agreed field procedure.

Maintenance Access

Provide access for inspection, adjustment, replaceable parts and wellhead/service operations.

Spares / Documents

Define recommended spare parts, operating documents, installation guidance and after-sales support by contract scope.

Engineering Inputs

A strong RFQ describes the whole well-system basis.

If data is incomplete, the first engineering task is to identify the missing information that materially affects system architecture, loads, equipment interfaces and quotation scope.

Well / Completion Data

Well profile, depth, casing/tubing, completion, pump setting depth, wellhead and available drawings.

Production / Fluid Data

Production history/objective, fluid properties, gas/water, solids/sand, corrosion information and operating variation.

Existing / Required Lift Basis

Existing equipment, known load/stroke information, operating issues and required replacement/upgrade/system scope.

Site / Project Documents

Power/control basis, site layout, Data Sheet, Technical Specification, inspection requirements, delivery and service expectations.

Application Evidence

Direct source material supports the coordinated ultra-long-stroke lift-system family.

The documented artificial-lift resource covers the intelligent ultra-long-stroke pumping system, flexible lifting rod, wellhead sealing device, ultra-long-stroke downhole pump and composite sucker-rod resources. LINSON OIL's primary product scope also includes composite sucker rods and intelligent ultra-long-stroke artificial lift systems.

Evidence Boundary

Model-specific stroke, load, displacement, motor power, efficiency/energy-saving claims, stated life and single-well production results must remain tied to their original product model or case.

Evidence Map

Surface equipment

Use verified pumping-unit product/model images and drawings for surface-drive claims.

Rod / downhole equipment

Use exact flexible-rod, composite-sucker-rod and downhole-pump source evidence for those product families.

Field application

Keep case operating data attached to the specific documented well/application rather than generalizing it.

Solution RFQ

Send the well and lift-system basis.

Share well profile/completion data, production history and objective, fluid conditions, existing lift equipment, available load/stroke information, power/control basis, site constraints and required system scope.

Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
