Application Portfolio · Intelligent Ultra-Long-Stroke Artificial Lift

Artificial Lift Application Portfolio

This portfolio presents the intelligent ultra-long-stroke artificial-lift system as a coordinated well-production system. Surface pumping equipment, flexible lifting rod, downhole pump, wellhead sealing and related downhole interfaces are reviewed together with the well, fluid and operating basis.

Any published stroke, load, pump diameter, displacement/production result, motor data, energy-saving figure, service-life statement or single-well result remains tied to its original model or field case. It is not a universal LINSON OIL performance claim.

Image pass: use the verified artificial-lift system and field-application source images; keep model and well-specific values attached to their original evidence.

Application Overview

Evaluate the lifting system around the well—not as four isolated products.

The available source material supports an integrated system route including the pumping unit, flexible lifting rod, wellhead sealing device, ultra-long-stroke downhole pump and composite rod-related equipment. Final configuration must be based on actual well and production data.

Well Basis

Depth, trajectory/deviation, completion, tubing, wellhead arrangement, production history and existing lift system.

Fluid Basis

Crude properties, water cut, gas influence, solids/sand, wax/deposits and corrosion/abrasion considerations.

Production Objective

Target operating philosophy, expected fluid production range, duty cycle and field operating requirements.

Site / Maintenance Basis

Available space, power, access/lifting, climate, maintenance capability and installation/service restrictions.

Well / Production Challenges

The application problem defines the system configuration.

A project review should identify the loads, motion path, sealing condition, pump/completion interface and operating constraints before selecting equipment. The source portfolio contains model- and case-specific data, but those values are not transferred to another well without engineering review.

01

Well Geometry

Depth, deviation, completion and tubing arrangement influence the rod, pump and surface-system interfaces.

02

Load Path

Surface drive, flexible rod, composite rod/downhole string and pump loads must be considered as one mechanical system.

03

Fluid / Pumping Duty

Fluid properties, gas, water, solids and operating duty influence pump selection and expected operating behavior.

04

Wellhead Sealing

The reciprocating rod/wellhead interface and sealing arrangement must match the selected system and operating basis.

System Configurations

Build the configuration from coordinated equipment interfaces.

The source supports the equipment families below as parts of the ultra-long-stroke artificial-lift route. The final number, model, dimensions and performance basis are project-specific.

Surface Pumping Unit

Coordinates drive, stroke-motion system, controls and the surface load path for the selected well application.

Flexible Lifting Rod

Transfers reciprocating motion/load between the surface and downhole system according to the approved system design.

Downhole Pump

Selected from well, fluid and production conditions; model-specific pump parameters remain model-specific.

Wellhead Seal

Coordinates the reciprocating rod/wellhead sealing interface and maintainability requirements.

Equipment Coordination

Coordinate motion, load, pumping and sealing interfaces before procurement.

The procurement object is the coordinated lift system. Surface equipment, flexible rod, downhole pump, wellhead sealing and any composite/downhole tubular interfaces should be checked against the same approved well basis, operating philosophy and maintenance plan.

Motion / Stroke Interface

Confirm system travel and motion requirements from the selected configuration; do not reuse model-specific source values.

Load Interface

Review surface/downhole load path, rod selection and completion constraints from well data.

Pump / Fluid Interface

Match pump route to fluid condition, production objective, completion and operating range.

Seal / Wellhead Interface

Coordinate wellhead hardware, sealing device, rod path, access and maintenance requirements.

Installation / Operation Context

Installation and maintenance planning are part of the system design.

For similar applications, installation responsibility, lifting/access, wellhead work, rod/pump running procedures, commissioning, control settings, inspection and maintenance boundaries should be clarified before supply.

Site Preparation

Foundation/space, lifting access, power/control, wellhead readiness and field-safety requirements.

Running / Installation

Clarify rod, pump and wellhead installation procedure and responsibilities for the selected system.

Commissioning / Control

Commission the system against approved well and operating data; control logic/settings remain project-specific.

Inspection / Maintenance

Define inspection points, wear/seal checks, maintenance access, spare parts and service documentation.

Representative Application Evidence

Use model and well data only in their original evidence context.

The artificial-lift source includes equipment pages and field-case pages. Product/model pages contain model-specific parameters, while application cases may contain well-specific operating and performance results. Both categories must remain source-specific during the image/evidence pass.

Equipment-family evidence

Pumping unit, flexible lifting rod, wellhead sealing device, ultra-long-stroke downhole pump and composite rod-related components are directly represented in the system source.

Model-specific values

Stroke, load, pump parameters and motor data shown on individual equipment pages remain attached to the exact model/page.

Case-specific outcomes

Production, energy-saving, life/wear and single-well results remain attached to the original field case and must not become standard guarantees.

Evidence Boundary

Do not combine the strongest values from different models or wells into a synthetic “standard system” specification.

Engineering Inputs

Send well, production and completion data before selecting the system.

Incomplete data should be identified during technical clarification rather than replaced with assumptions from a published case.

Well / Completion

Measured/vertical depth, trajectory/deviation, casing/tubing/completion, wellhead arrangement and existing lift equipment.

Fluid / Production

Fluid properties, water cut, gas/solids, corrosion/wax concerns, production history and target operating basis.

Surface / Utilities

Site space, foundation, lifting/access, electrical supply/control interface, climate and field restrictions.

Project / Service

Scope of supply, installation/commissioning responsibility, inspection, documents, spares, delivery and after-sales requirements.

Portfolio / Similar Project RFQ

Send the well and production basis.

Share well depth/trajectory, completion/tubing, fluid and production history, target operating basis, existing lift equipment, site/power conditions, requested scope and available drawings/data sheets.

Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
