Anti-Corrosion Tubing
LINSON OIL supports project-specific metallic anti-corrosion tubing for downhole production, injection, workover and replacement duties where the tubing body, corrosion-control route, connection system and completion interfaces must be reviewed together. Coated, lined or treated metallic-tubing options are evaluated against actual well fluid, pressure, temperature, water cut, salinity, gases, solids, corrosion history and installation requirements.
This page covers metallic anti-corrosion tubing. GRE / FRP downhole tubing is a separate composite product family. No coating thickness, material grade, pressure/temperature limit, depth, service life, corrosion multiple or certification is treated as universal.

Metallic Anti-Corrosion Tubing Family
Protection route, connection details, exposed areas and running requirements must be matched to the actual well rather than inferred from a generic tubing description.
Tubing Selection Logic
Start with the corrosion mechanism and well duty, then define the metallic tubing and protection route.
A coating, lining or surface-treatment name alone is not enough to select a downhole tubing system. The service fluid, corrosion history, P/T, string loads, completion interfaces, thread/coupling details, handling and inspection basis all affect suitability.
- 01 / DEFINE
Define Well & Duty
Confirm production/injection/workover duty, completion arrangement, relevant depths, trajectory and operating profile.
- 02 / DIAGNOSE
Review Corrosion Environment
Review fluid analysis, water cut, salinity, gases, solids/sand, chemical treatment, scale and actual failure/corrosion observations.
- 03 / SELECT
Select Protection Route
Compare only documented coated, lined or treated metallic-tubing routes that are technically suitable for the confirmed service.
- 04 / INTERFACE
Resolve Connections & Completion
Confirm threads, couplings, protected interface areas, adaptors, completion tools and top/bottom string interfaces.
- 05 / EXECUTE
Define Inspection & Running Controls
Align handling, make-up, field running, inspection/acceptance, repair and documentation with the selected product route.
Application Contexts
For metallic tubing strings where the corrosion environment warrants a dedicated protection review.
These are procurement/application contexts, not claims that one protection technology suits every well.
Oil Production Wells
Tubing projects where produced-fluid chemistry, water cut, gases, solids and operating history indicate a need for corrosion-control evaluation.
Water-Injection / Water-Contact Service
Metallic tubing exposed to project-defined injection or produced-water conditions requiring material/protection compatibility review.
Artificial-Lift Completion Interfaces
Tubing strings coordinated with rods, pumps, sealing/wellhead equipment or other lift components where dimensions and running interfaces matter.
Workover / Replacement Programs
Replacement projects where retrieved tubing condition, corrosion/failure location and operating records can improve the next selection basis.
Protection System & Interfaces
Treat the tubing body, protected surfaces and connection details as one downhole system.
Available source material documents multiple anti-corrosive downhole tubing routes. The exact route supplied for a project must be selected from the current product documentation and the confirmed well-service basis rather than presented as one universal standard.
Metallic Tubing Body
Dimensions, base material route, wall/mechanical requirements and acceptance criteria are confirmed from the well and customer specification.
Coating / Lining / Treatment Route
Only documented protection routes that match the service basis should be proposed; no single coating, lining or treatment is assumed by default.
Internal / External Exposure Areas
The protected surface and any unprotected/transition zones are defined from the actual corrosion mechanism and product configuration.
Threads / Couplings / Connections
Connection type, coupling treatment and critical interface protection are clarified together with make-up and completion requirements.
Adaptors / Completion Interfaces
Top/bottom interfaces, tools and any project-specific transition components are coordinated with the completion design.
Handling / Running / Repair
Handling, storage, make-up, field-running and project-defined repair/acceptance procedures must protect the selected corrosion-control route.
Engineering Inputs
Corrosion history is as important as the new well data.
For replacement/workover projects, share retrieved tubing observations, failure locations and treatment history where available. For new projects, provide the completion and fluid basis used by the owner/EPC.
Well / Completion Basis
Well type, completion schematic, relevant depth/trajectory, tubing-string arrangement, wellhead/completion interfaces and artificial-lift equipment where applicable.
Fluid / Corrosion Basis
Fluid composition, water cut, produced/injection water, salinity, available H2S/CO2 data, solids/sand, chemical treatment, scale and corrosion mechanism/history.
P/T / Load / Running Basis
Normal/design pressure and temperature, known load cases, handling/make-up method, planned interventions and operating variations.
Product / Inspection / Commercial Scope
Required size/material route if specified, connection requirements, inspection/acceptance, quantity, packing, documents, destination and customer/vendor split.
Manufacturing & Inspection
Use the documented tubing route and its own inspection basis—not generic corrosion claims.
The anti-corrosion source portfolio documents multiple metallic downhole tubing product routes. Final manufacturing, surface preparation/treatment, lining/coating continuity, connection control, dimensional checks, project-required testing and inspection records should follow the selected product documentation and customer specification.
Technical Release
Confirm tubing route, protection system, connections, operating basis, inspection scope and documentation before release.
Tubing / Protection Processing
Apply the selected metallic tubing and protection process according to the exact product and approved project basis.
Connection / Surface Inspection
Verify dimensions, connection/interface areas, protection continuity and project-defined product acceptance requirements.
Records / Packing / Field Basis
Prepare agreed inspection documents, handling/packing controls and running guidance where included in the supply scope.

Anti-Corrosive Downhole Products
Shengli Xinda anti-corrosion literature separately lists metallic downhole tubing routes including titanium-nano coated, carbon-zirconium coated and UHMWPE-lined anti-corrosion tubing, together with additional coating/treatment routes. This proves a real product family, but not universal operating limits or a single standard protection system.
Anti-Corrosion Tubing RFQ
Send the well, fluid, corrosion-history and completion basis.
Share completion schematic, relevant depths/trajectory, production or injection duty, fluid/water analysis, pressure and temperature, corrosion/failure observations, tubing size/material if specified, connection requirements, artificial-lift interfaces, Data Sheet and Technical Specification. We will clarify the suitable documented product route before quotation.
Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
