Instrumentation & Process Accessories

LINSON OIL supports project-defined instrumentation, valves, process connections and auxiliary accessories for oilfield equipment, pressure vessels and skid-mounted systems. The scope is developed from P&ID, process data, equipment drawings, control requirements, battery limits and customer specifications.

Direct capability evidence supports pressure-vessel/piping/skid instrumentation and control design, valve/instrument/electrical/control-system integration, instrument/control testing, and supply scope covering instruments and accessories. Exact ranges, accuracy, pressure class, Ex/IP rating, protocol, material, brand and certification remain project- or item-specific.

Instrument and accessory selection should follow the actual process function, equipment interface and project specification.

Measurement / Control Function

Define what must be measured, controlled, isolated or indicated.

A reliable accessory scope starts from process function and operating sequence. The website therefore treats instruments, valves and accessories as part of an engineered equipment/package interface—not as a generic catalogue of fixed models.

01 / MEASURE

Measurement

Pressure, temperature, level, flow or other project-defined variables are reviewed from the process duty and required indication/transmission function.

02 / CONTROL

Control / Automation Interface

Clarify signal/control function, operating sequence, package boundary and customer control-system interface before selecting hardware.

03 / ISOLATE

Valve / Isolation Function

Isolation, regulation, drain, vent, bypass or shutdown duty should be defined from the P&ID and process conditions.

04 / CONNECT

Process / Mechanical Interface

Connections, manifolds, tubing/piping, tapping points and mounting details should fit the actual equipment and site arrangement.

Process Connection

Coordinate each item with the equipment and piping interface.

The same instrument or valve function can require different connection, mounting and access arrangements on a separator, heater, tank, filter, pipeline or process skid.

Process Take-Off / Nozzle

Confirm nozzle/tapping location, connection type, orientation and process condition from approved drawings and P&ID.

Mounting / Access

Provide platform, support, visibility, calibration/maintenance access and surrounding-space requirements where relevant.

Tubing / Piping Interface

Define associated tubing/piping, fittings, root valves, manifolds, drains/vents and field tie-ins only where included.

Electrical / Control Interface

Clarify power/signal requirements, junction/interface point and customer system boundary from project documentation.

Instrument / Valve / Accessory Scope

Build the supply list from the P&ID and equipment package.

A

Process Instruments

Project-defined measurement, indication, transmission and monitoring items selected from the required function and service.

B

Valves & Manifolds

Isolation/control-related valves, manifolds and associated items where identified in the agreed process/equipment scope.

C

Process Accessories

Fittings, tubing/piping interfaces, drains/vents, supports and other defined auxiliary items required for the package.

D

Electrical / Control Items

Electrical/control-related accessories and interfaces only where included in the project supply boundary.

Engineering Inputs

The instrument list is only one part of the engineering basis.

For integrated equipment and skids, the item list should be reviewed together with process conditions, P&ID, control philosophy, hazardous-area/project requirements, piping class and battery limits.

Process Basis

Medium, operating/design P/T, normal/upset conditions and required measurement/control function.

P&ID / Instrument Index

Tag numbers, functions, quantities, line/equipment references and latest document revision.

Project Specification

Client/vendor-list requirement, piping class, area classification and applicable project standards where specified.

Scope / Battery Limits

Define included valves, fittings, cabling/tubing interfaces, panels/JBs, field items and customer-supplied items.

Integration, Inspection & Evidence

The strongest evidence is integrated equipment and project inspection capability.

LINSON OIL's primary capability source directly supports instrumentation/control design, inspection of valves and complete assemblies, instrument/electrical/control-system testing, and valve/instrument/electrical/control integration. Xilong's certified management-system scope also includes sales of instruments and accessories, alongside skid-mounted and metering equipment manufacturing scope.

Evidence Boundary

Do not publish universal range, accuracy, pressure class, wetted material, Ex/IP rating, protocol, brand, response time or certification. These belong to the exact selected item and project specification.

Instrumentation & Process Accessories RFQ

Send the P&ID, instrument list and supply boundary.

Share equipment/process duty, tag list, operating/design conditions, process connections, project specifications, required valves/accessories, electrical/control interfaces, hazardous-area basis if specified, and inspection/documentation requirements.

Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
