Project Execution, Delivery & After-Sales

LINSON OIL coordinates customized oil and gas equipment projects from RFQ clarification and engineering approval through manufacturing, inspection, FAT, documentation, export delivery, commissioning support, spare parts and after-sales service.

Project schedule, site-service scope, warranty basis, commissioning responsibility and spare-parts package are defined by the actual contract and project requirements. No fixed lead time or universal service commitment is stated on this page.

01 / Project Execution Role

Keep technical, manufacturing, quality and delivery activities on one project path.

Project execution starts by defining what is being supplied, what information is approved, which interfaces remain open and what evidence is required before release.

Technical Basis

Process Data, P&ID, Data Sheets, Technical Specifications, operating conditions and customer/EPC comments.

Supply Scope

Equipment, skid/package boundaries, valves, instruments, controls, piping, documentation, spares and services as applicable.

Quality Path

ITP, inspection, NDT, testing, FAT, customer/EPC/TPI involvement and release documents.

Delivery / Site Interface

Packing, shipment split, transport, receiving, installation, commissioning and after-sales responsibilities.

02 / RFQ & Technical Clarification

Clarify the project basis before locking the quotation and execution route.

When information is incomplete, LINSON OIL reviews the available documents and identifies missing operating, scope, inspection, interface and destination requirements before detailed commitment.

  1. 01

    Receive

RFQ, P&ID, Process Data, Data Sheets, Technical Specification, Equipment List and available drawings.

  2. 02

    Clarify

Operating conditions, materials, battery limits, utilities, controls, inspection and site requirements.

  3. 03

    Define

Scope of supply, inclusions/exclusions, documentation, spares and service responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Align

Technical proposal and commercial basis before detailed engineering/manufacturing release.

03 / Engineering & Drawing Approval

Move from clarified duty to approved technical documents.

LINSON OIL supports Data Sheets, P&ID, GA/manufacturing drawings, inspection documents and other project-specific technical submissions according to the confirmed scope.

Technical Submittals

Coordinate Data Sheets, drawings, calculations or technical documents required by the agreed project path.

Comments / Revisions

Track customer/EPC technical comments and resolve required changes before manufacturing release.

Interfaces

Confirm mechanical, piping, utility, electrical/control and site tie-in boundaries.

Document Status

Use approved/released document revisions as the manufacturing and inspection basis.

04 / Procurement & Manufacturing Coordination

Coordinate materials, fabrication, bought-out items and package integration.

Manufacturing execution can include material control, machining, welding, vessel fabrication, pipe prefabrication, skid assembly, valves, instruments, electrical items and controls according to the approved scope.

Material / Procurement

Coordinate approved materials, Material Certificates, bought-out items and project-specific procurement requirements.

Fabrication

Follow approved drawings, procedures, manufacturing sequence and inspection checkpoints.

Package Integration

Coordinate equipment, piping, valves, instruments, controls and skid structure where included.

Progress / Interface Review

Track open technical items, inspection points, document status and project interfaces through execution.

05 / Inspection · FAT · TPI

Inspection and release follow the approved project basis.

The documented quality route includes material traceability, welding control, dimensional inspection, applicable RT/UT/MT/PT, hydrostatic/pressure/leak tests, assembly inspection, instrument/electrical/control checks and FAT according to project specification and ITP.

ITP / Witness Points

Coordinate hold/witness/review points with customer, EPC and third-party inspectors where required.

NDT / Tests

Apply required NDT and pressure/leak tests according to code, drawing, ITP and project specification.

FAT

Verify the agreed equipment/package functions and document the release basis before shipment.

TPI / Customer Inspection

Support inspection attendance and evidence review according to the approved inspection plan.

06 / Documentation

Prepare traceable project records for review and handover.

The final document package is defined by the contract/document register and may include approved drawings, material records, inspection reports, NDT records, test reports, FAT records and O&M documentation.

Engineering Documents

Approved Data Sheets, GA, P&ID and manufacturing/technical drawings as applicable.

Material / Manufacturing Records

Material certificates, traceability and manufacturing-quality records according to scope.

Inspection / Test Records

NDT, dimensional, pressure/leak and FAT evidence required by the approved project plan.

Handover Documents

Final document index, O&M information and other agreed release/handover records.

07 / Export Packing & Delivery

Prepare equipment for the actual transport route and receiving conditions.

Packing, preservation, marking, shipment split and logistics coordination depend on equipment geometry, destination, transport restrictions and contract responsibilities.

Preservation / Packing

Prepare project-appropriate protection, packing and marking for storage and transport.

Shipment Split

Coordinate one-piece shipment or project-defined modules/subassemblies according to transport/site constraints.

Shipping Documents

Coordinate packing lists and agreed export/shipping documentation within the commercial scope.

Receiving Interface

Clarify destination, unloading/lifting considerations and customer/site receiving responsibilities.

08 / Installation & Commissioning Support

Support the handover from factory delivery to field operation where included.

LINSON OIL supports installation guidance and commissioning assistance according to the contracted service scope, project schedule, site access, utilities and customer responsibilities.

Installation Guidance

Support equipment/skid positioning, tie-ins and installation questions within the agreed scope.

Pre-Commissioning Interface

Coordinate checks, utility readiness and document requirements before commissioning activities.

Commissioning Support

Provide technical support for startup/commissioning activities where included by contract.

Handover

Close agreed technical/document items and transfer the required operating/maintenance documentation.

09 / Spare Parts & After-Sales

Keep post-delivery support tied to the supplied equipment and contract basis.

Spare-parts recommendations, replacement components, technical support and service responsibilities vary by equipment and project. They are clarified during quotation and handover rather than presented as one universal package.

Recommended Spares

Identify project-appropriate commissioning, operating or maintenance spares where requested.

Replacement Parts

Support identification and supply of relevant replacement components for delivered equipment.

Technical Support

Provide project/equipment-specific technical clarification and after-sales coordination according to the agreed service basis.

10 / Project Execution Evidence

Use real project references to show execution depth.

LINSON OIL's documented project references cover separator skids, molecular-sieve dehydration, condensate stabilization, associated-gas recovery/NGL/LNG and oilfield terminal equipment. Each reference has its own contractual scope and should not be treated as evidence that every service on this page was included in every project.

Project Execution RFQ

Send the technical and delivery basis.

Useful inputs include Process Data, P&ID, Data Sheets, Technical Specification, Equipment List, project schedule basis, destination, inspection/FAT/TPI requirements, document register, packing requirements, site-support scope and spare-parts expectations.

Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
