FRP Integrated Prefabricated Pump Station
LINSON OIL supplies project-configured FRP/GRP integrated prefabricated pump stations for drainage, wastewater lifting, industrial water and other engineered liquid-transfer duties. The package can coordinate a prefabricated composite chamber, project-selected pumps, internal piping and valves, level instrumentation, access/maintenance features and control interfaces around the confirmed hydraulic, civil and site requirements.
The product family is directly supported by composite-manufacturing source material, but chamber dimensions, wall structure, pump duty, burial/foundation basis, anti-float design, resin system, service life and control scope remain project-defined.

Composite Pump-Station Product Family
FRP chamber, pumping equipment, internal liquid path and site interfaces are coordinated around the actual transfer duty and installation conditions.
Pump Station Function Logic
Receive liquid, monitor level, pump on demand and connect to the downstream system.
The functional sequence is stable, but the chamber layout, pump arrangement, controls and civil interfaces are not standardized. Final design depends on inflow, liquid properties, static/dynamic head, downstream pressure, installation depth, groundwater/civil conditions, power and maintenance requirements.
- 01 / RECEIVE
Receive Incoming Liquid
Coordinate the inlet elevation, orientation and connection with the upstream drainage, wastewater or process-water system.
- 02 / MONITOR
Monitor Liquid Level
Use project-selected level instruments, alarm points and control signals to manage pump start/stop and operating status.
- 03 / PUMP
Pump & Route Internally
Project-selected pumps transfer liquid through internal piping, valves and discharge arrangements designed for the confirmed hydraulic duty.
- 04 / DISCHARGE
Connect to Downstream System
Route the discharge to the specified pipeline, treatment unit, storage point or other receiving interface.
Applications
For packaged liquid collection and lifting where a prefabricated composite chamber is suitable.
Application suitability depends on liquid chemistry, solids, temperature, hydraulic duty, civil conditions and the project installation standard.
Drainage & Stormwater
Packaged lifting station where site drainage must be collected and transferred to a defined downstream point.
Wastewater Lifting
Transfer duty for wastewater streams where the liquid and solids basis is compatible with the selected chamber and pumping equipment.
Industrial Water Transfer
Project-specific pumping between tanks, treatment units, utility systems or other industrial water interfaces.
Remote / Prefabricated Installations
Factory-prepared package supply where site assembly, access, transport and civil coordination are important project considerations.
Configurable Package
Coordinate the composite chamber, pumping equipment and site interfaces as one package.
The product family is directly documented, while the exact arrangement of pumps, piping, valves, instruments, access and controls must be established from project data. No fixed chamber size, wall thickness, pump model or burial depth is assumed.
FRP / GRP Prefabricated Chamber
Composite chamber geometry and laminate/resin basis are selected from liquid duty, installation, structural/civil conditions and project specification.
Project-Selected Pumps
Submersible or other suitable pumps may be integrated after the flow, head, solids, liquid properties, duty/standby philosophy and maintenance basis are confirmed.
Internal Piping & Valves
Discharge piping, isolation/check valves, fittings and connections are configured to the hydraulic and maintenance requirements.
Level Instruments & Controls
Level sensing, alarms, pump control signals, local/remote interfaces and electrical provisions are included where required.
Access / Maintenance / Ventilation
Access opening, internal service arrangement, lifting/guide provisions and ventilation interfaces are evaluated against the maintenance and safety basis.
Foundation / Inlet / Outlet Interfaces
Foundation, burial, groundwater/anti-float basis, inlet/outlet elevations, surrounding piping and civil responsibility split are confirmed by project.
Engineering Inputs
Hydraulic duty, liquid data and civil conditions define the pump station.
Provide available system curves/calculations, liquid data, site layout and civil information where possible. If groundwater, anti-float or structural inputs are incomplete, they should remain clarification items rather than assumed values.
Liquid / Inflow Basis
Liquid type, temperature, chemistry/corrosion basis, solids or debris, normal/peak inflow and operating pattern.
Hydraulic Duty
Required flow, static head, downstream pressure, pipeline losses, discharge route, pump operating points and redundancy philosophy where specified.
Civil / Installation Basis
Installation elevation/depth, groundwater conditions, foundation concept, soil/site information, inlet/outlet elevations, access, lifting and transport restrictions.
Electrical / Controls / Scope
Power supply, hazardous-area basis if relevant, local/remote control, alarms/signals, control-panel boundary, civil/mechanical responsibility split, inspection and documentation.
Composite Manufacturing & Package Inspection
Treat the chamber as a composite product and the station as an integrated mechanical package.
LINSON OIL composite-manufacturing resources cover FRP/GRP product families including integrated prefabricated pump stations, tanks, pressure vessels and GRE/GRP piping. Package execution can coordinate composite chamber fabrication with purchased pumps, piping, valves, instruments and control interfaces according to the approved scope.
Engineering Release
Confirm chamber geometry/design basis, hydraulic duty, interfaces, pump arrangement, controls and project inspection requirements.
Composite Chamber Fabrication
Manufacture the FRP/GRP chamber and relevant composite components according to the approved project basis and production process.
Mechanical Package Assembly
Integrate project-selected pumps, piping, valves, guides/accessories, instruments and control interfaces where included.
Inspection & Delivery Preparation
Verify dimensions, assembly, interfaces and applicable functional checks; prepare project documents, packing and delivery items to scope.
Related Equipment
Connect the pump station to tanks, pipelines, pumps and water-treatment systems.
Pumps & Pump Parts
Use when the pump itself is the primary procurement object rather than the complete prefabricated station.
GRE / FRP Line Pipe
Corrosion-resistant pipeline option for suitable inlet/discharge duties evaluated separately against project conditions.
Oilfield Process & Storage Tanks
Storage/buffer equipment where the pump station forms part of a wider liquid-handling arrangement.
Produced Water & Wastewater Treatment System
Use when the broader procurement objective is water treatment rather than collection/lifting.
Related Solutions & Evidence
The product family is directly listed in composite-manufacturing source material.

Direct Product-Family Evidence
FRP Integrated Prefabricated Pump Stations
Shengli Xinda composite-material literature explicitly lists FRP Integrated Prefabricated Pump Stations under its vessel/product portfolio, alongside GRP storage tanks, GRP pressure vessels and composite marine storage tanks. This supports the independent product page, but not fixed dimensions, pump duty or civil design parameters.
FRP Integrated Prefabricated Pump Station RFQ
Send the hydraulic, liquid and civil installation basis.
Share application, inflow/required flow, static head/downstream pressure, liquid properties and solids, site elevation/depth, groundwater/foundation information, inlet/outlet elevations, pump/control philosophy, layout/civil drawings and project specification. We will clarify the chamber and package configuration before quotation.
Detailed datasheets, drawings and project-specific technical documents are prepared after the operating conditions, scope of supply and commercial basis have been sufficiently clarified.
