GRE Pipeline Application Portfolio
This portfolio organizes documented GRE/FRP line-pipe application evidence by service context. Water, oily wastewater and oil references are treated as separate evidence routes so operating values or service conclusions from one case are not transferred to another.
No fixed pressure, temperature, diameter, wall thickness, flow rate, service life or universal API class is presented as a standard LINSON OIL GRE capability. Technical suitability must be reviewed against the actual project basis.
Application Overview
Three documented service contexts, each requiring its own engineering review.
The dedicated GRE line-pipe source includes application evidence for water, oily wastewater and oil service. These records establish application context; they do not create one transferable set of operating limits for every project.
Water Service
Review water chemistry, salinity, solids, chemical treatment, operating envelope, route and connection requirements for the actual duty.
Oily Wastewater Service
Review oil content, solids, water chemistry, treatment chemicals, intermittent operation and interfaces with collection/treatment systems.
Oil Service
Review fluid composition, water/gas presence, solids, deposits, operating cycle, route conditions and owner/EPC specifications.
GRE Material Route
Select the composite route from fluid, operating basis and project specification.
The GRE product family includes different resin/material routes and product-standard references. Final construction, reinforcement, liner/barrier concept, connection system and acceptance criteria should be confirmed for the specific project rather than inferred from one application image.
Fluid Compatibility
Confirm fluid composition, salinity, chemicals, solids, corrosion/abrasion concerns and operating variation.
Composite Construction
Define resin/material route, reinforcement and internal construction according to the approved service and technical specification.
System Interfaces
Coordinate pipe with fittings, field joints, transitions, equipment nozzles, supports and installation access.
Standard Route
The source material includes API 15HR / API 15LR references for relevant GRE line-pipe families. Applicability, edition and project requirements must be confirmed for each order.
Connection / Installation Context
Treat pipe route, joints and field installation as one system.
For a new GRE pipeline, connection design and installation planning should be reviewed against route geometry, approved joining procedure, steel/equipment transitions, support conditions, trench or above-ground requirements and the specified test/handover plan.
Connection Interfaces
Confirm joints, fittings, flanges/transitions, sealing details and field assembly requirements from the approved system design.
Above-Ground Route
Review supports/guides, crossings, access, thermal/route considerations and interfaces with equipment/structures.
Buried Route
Review trench, bedding, backfill, crossings, route protection, construction sequence and test access.
Site Quality Records
Use approved procedures, installation/joint records, inspection checkpoints and handover documentation appropriate to the project.
Manufacturing & Inspection
Inspection follows the selected product route and project ITP.
LINSON OIL's documented resources include GRE pipeline production capability and project-specific engineering, inspection, documentation and delivery support. Exact composite inspection/test items should follow the applicable product standard, customer specification and approved ITP.
Material Identification
Control approved raw-material/system identification and supplier/manufacturing documentation as required by the project.
Process Control
Record the applicable manufacturing, curing/consolidation and product-identification steps under the approved procedure.
Visual / Dimensional Inspection
Perform agreed workmanship, dimensional and product checks before release according to the inspection plan.
Test / Release Documents
Compile agreed manufacturing, inspection/test, packing and handover records for customer/EPC review where required.
Representative Application Evidence
Keep each application record attached to its original service.
The dedicated GRE line-pipe material includes separate application examples for water, oily wastewater and oil. A reference in one service is evidence of that application context—not automatic proof of suitability for another fluid or operating envelope.
Case-specific quantities, dimensions, pressure/temperature, wall construction, ratings, performance outcomes and service life must remain tied to their original project documentation.
Evidence Map
Water
Use water-service project/application images and records only for the documented water context.
Oily Wastewater
Keep wastewater chemistry, solids and treatment context attached to the specific application record.
Oil
Keep oil composition, operating conditions and route/interface evidence attached to the corresponding oil-service case.
Engineering Inputs
Send the service, pipeline and route basis before requesting a final GRE configuration.
Complete project information helps clarify material compatibility, construction route, connections, installation scope, inspection requirements and quotation boundaries.
Fluid / Service Data
Water/oily-wastewater/oil service, composition, salinity, solids, chemicals, corrosion/abrasion concerns and operating variation.
Pipeline Design Data
P&ID/line list, operating/design P/T, nominal size/route basis, applicable code/standard and owner/EPC specification.
Route / Connection Data
Above-ground/buried route, crossings, supports, fittings, transitions, tie-ins, installation responsibility and access constraints.
Quality / Delivery Data
Inspection/test requirements, ITP/TPI, documentation, packing, destination and any installation/site-support expectations.
