Multiphase Fluid Treatment Package
LINSON OIL supplies project-configured treatment packages for oil, gas, produced water and solids in variable wellstream service. The package can combine inlet conditioning, two-phase or three-phase separation, heating or chemical-treatment interfaces, desanding, filtration, metering, liquid-treatment connections, piping, instrumentation and controls according to the actual fluid data and downstream process requirements.

Project-Defined Wellstream Treatment
Separation, solids control, heating, chemical treatment, filtration and metering are included only where required by the approved process basis.
Treatment Objectives & Process Logic
Build the process around the actual wellstream - not around a fixed equipment list.
There is no single standard treatment sequence for every multiphase fluid. Phase behavior, slugging, sand/solids, viscosity, water cut, gas-oil ratio, corrosion basis, outlet requirements and downstream interfaces determine which treatment blocks are required and in what order.
- 01 / RECEIVE
Receive & Stabilize the Feed
Confirm inlet connections, flow variation, slugging, pressure/temperature, isolation, drain and upstream protection requirements.
- 02 / SEPARATE
Separate Required Phases
Configure gas/liquid or oil/gas/water separation, liquid sections, interface control and gas handling from the actual phase duty.
- 03 / CONDITION
Heat / Treat if Required
Add heating, chemical injection or other conditioning only when fluid behavior and downstream targets justify the function.
- 04 / PROTECT
Manage Sand, Solids & Filtration
Use project-selected desanding, solids collection or filtration to protect downstream equipment and support maintainability.
- 05 / METER & ROUTE
Measure & Transfer Streams
Coordinate phase metering, instruments, controls and oil/gas/water outlet interfaces with downstream treatment, storage or export systems.
Applications
For variable production fluids before gathering, treatment, storage or export.
The package is an engineering framework for integrating required treatment functions. It is not presented as one proprietary process train or a catalogue package with fixed performance.
Wellhead / Production Gathering
Pretreatment and separation of produced oil, gas, water and solids before gathering or central processing.
High-Water-Cut Production
Project-defined separation and liquid-handling packages where increasing water cut changes the treatment and control basis.
Sand / Solids-Bearing Fluids
Treatment trains with solids-management interfaces where sand accumulation or downstream protection is a design concern.
Early Production / Modular Facilities
Factory-preassembled package arrangements for temporary, phased or modular project execution where transport and site work matter.
Main Equipment & Configuration
Combine only the treatment blocks required by the approved P&ID.
The final equipment list can range from a separator-led skid to a broader pretreatment package. Heating, chemical dosing, desanding, filtration and metering remain optional unless required by the process basis.
Primary Separation
Two-phase or three-phase separator, project-defined internals, liquid sections, mist elimination and level/interface control.
Heating / Chemical-Treatment Interface
Heater, heat exchanger or chemical-injection functions included where viscosity, emulsion or downstream requirements call for them.
Desanding / Solids Management
Integrated sand collection, desanding equipment, drains, flushing or solids-removal interfaces selected from the solids basis.
Filtration / Downstream Protection
Filter or separator stages can be added where downstream gas/liquid equipment requires additional protection.
Metering, Piping & Valves
Required phase measurement, manifolds, bypasses, drains, vents, isolation and downstream tie-ins follow the project scheme.
Instrumentation, Controls & Skid
Pressure, temperature, flow, level/interface instruments, local/remote controls, structural frame and access are integrated to scope.
Engineering Inputs
Phase rates, fluid behavior and downstream interfaces define the treatment train.
When the project basis is incomplete, send the available wellstream data, Process Data, P&ID or Technical Specification first. Missing information can be clarified before final equipment selection and quotation.
Fluid & Phase Data
Oil, gas and water rates; water cut; gas-oil ratio; density; viscosity; emulsion behavior; phase composition and operating variation.
Operating Conditions
Normal/min/max flow cases, operating/design pressure and temperature, slugging, available pressure drop and turndown requirements.
Sand, Solids & Corrosion Basis
Sand/solids loading, particle information where available, salinity, H2S/CO2 and material/corrosion requirements.
Treatment & Project Definition
Required phase outlets, heating/chemical need, metering, downstream treatment, utilities, hazardous area, battery limits, plot and inspection requirements.
Manufacturing & FAT
Fabricate and integrate the confirmed treatment blocks as one project package.
LINSON OIL coordinates applicable pressure-vessel fabrication, piping prefabrication, skid assembly, valve/instrument installation and electrical/control integration according to the approved package scope. Inspection and FAT follow the project specification and ITP.
Engineering Release
Approved P&ID, Data Sheets, GA, materials, controls and inspection points are coordinated before fabrication.
Fabrication & Assembly
Applicable vessels, piping, valves, instruments and structural items are fabricated and integrated to the confirmed scope.
Inspection & Testing
Material, dimensional, applicable NDT, pressure/leak, instrument, electrical and functional checks are performed as required.
FAT & Records
FAT, customer/EPC/third-party witness support and project quality records are arranged where included in the agreed scope.
