PIPING COMPONENTS
GC2-certified pressure piping elements and shop-fabricated pipe spools -- from a manufacturer that also holds the pressure vessel license. One supplier, no interface risk.
Why Piping Components Matter -- and Why Source Matters
Pressure piping components are not bulk commodity items when they carry hydrocarbons at elevated pressure and temperature. A flange that leaks, a fitting with insufficient wall thickness, or a pipe spool with an undetected weld defect is a safety incident. GC2 certification -- China's licensed category for pressure piping component fabrication -- exists because these components warrant the same manufacturing quality oversight as pressure vessels.

Skid-Integrated Pipe Spools for Process Equipment
Every process skid that LINSON OIL fabricates -- separators, heater packages, molecular sieve dryers, chemical injection skids -- requires a network of interconnecting pipe spools. Fabricating these spools in-house, under the same GC2 license and quality system as the pressure vessels themselves, eliminates the quality and dimensional interface that arises when spools are sourced from a separate piping fabricator. Our integrated supply means the spool fits because it was designed and fabricated with the vessel, not adapted to it after the fact.

Piping Manifolds for Gathering and Wellhead Systems
Gas and liquid gathering manifolds -- where multiple well inlet lines connect to a common header -- are piping assemblies that fall under the pressure piping component category rather than the pressure vessel category when the header is a pipe rather than a vessel shell. LINSON OIL fabricates these piping-type manifolds under its GC2 piping license, with the same weld quality and NDT requirements as its vessel-type manifolds.

High-Pressure Fittings for Wellhead and Downhole Service
Wellhead and high-pressure injection system piping requires fittings rated for design pressures up to 70 MPa or above. Standard commodity fittings sourced without traceability are not appropriate. LINSON OIL supplies high-pressure fittings -- elbows, tees, reducers, and end caps -- with full material traceability, dimensional inspection per ASME B16.9 / B16.11 or GB/T equivalent, and hydrostatic test certification where required.

Flanges and Specialty Fittings for Process System Completions
EPC contractors and plant operators frequently need to source flanges and specialty fittings as part of project completion or plant maintenance. LINSON OIL supplies flanges per ANSI/ASME B16.5 (in pressure classes 150# through 2500#), GB/T 9119, and DIN standards, in carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel grades, with material traceability and dimensional inspection certificates.
Integration Reference:
All LINSON OIL skid packages -- separation skids, heating skids, molecular sieve dryers, chemical injection skids -- incorporate GC2-licensed pipe spools fabricated in-house. The piping is designed, fabricated, and NDT-tested as part of the skid quality system, not sourced separately.

GC2 Licensing -- What It Covers and Why It Matters
What GC2 Certification Means
In China's special equipment regulatory framework, pressure piping is classified by service and pressure into categories GC1, GC2, and GC3. GC2 covers industrial pipelines in oil, gas, chemical, and power applications -- the service category that encompasses process piping in upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities. GC2 certification for piping component fabrication requires:
- A licensed quality management system specifically for pressure piping fabrication
- Qualified welders per piping weld procedure specifications (WPS/PQR)
- In-house or accredited NDT capability covering piping welds
- Design capability to the applicable piping code (GB/T 20801 or ASME B31.3)
- Mandatory quality records for all pressure piping fabricated under the license
This certification is not the same as a general welding or metalwork capability. LINSON OIL holds both the pressure vessel manufacturing license (A2 + high-pressure) and the GC2 piping component license -- making it one of a limited number of manufacturers qualified to supply complete vessel-plus-piping assemblies from a single certified quality system.
Pipe Spool Fabrication -- Quality Benefits vs. Field Welding
Pipe spools are pre-fabricated piping sections -- pipe plus fittings plus flanges, assembled and welded in the workshop -- that are delivered to site ready for bolted connection. The quality advantages of shop fabrication over field welding are significant:
- › Controlled environment: no wind, rain, or temperature extremes affecting weld quality or NDT reliability.
- › Weld position: spools can be rotated to present welds in the most favourable position (flat or horizontal-rolled).
- › NDT accessibility: all welds accessible in the shop for full inspection.
- › Dimensional accuracy: spool end-to-end dimensions and flange orientations fabricated to tight tolerances.
- › Documentation: each spool weld traceable to welder, WPS, NDT record, and material heat.
Piping Design Code -- ASME B31.3 vs. GB/T 20801
ASME B31.3
The most widely recognized international piping design code for process service; required by most international oil company and EPC contractor specifications. Used for international and export projects.
GB/T 20801
The Chinese national standard for pressure piping design; equivalent in rigor to ASME B31.3 and required for China domestic projects. Dual compliance available.
Supply Range -- Pipe Spools, Fittings, and Flanges
Comprehensive manufacturing capabilities for pressure piping components across standard and high-pressure applications.

GC2 Licensed. CNAS Tested. ASME B31.3 Compliant. Traceable to Every Heat.
Rigorous quality control systems integrating pressure vessel and piping fabrication under one roof.

The Single-Source Advantage
When pressure vessels and their interconnecting piping are sourced from different manufacturers, the interface between them is a quality risk zone. LINSON OIL's GC2 piping license means that for all skid-integrated packages, the pipe spools connecting vessels, heat exchangers, and instruments are fabricated under the same quality system, by the same welding team, using the same WPS records, inspected by the same CNAS-accredited NDT team, and documented in the same quality dossier as the pressure vessels themselves. The interface risk is eliminated.
