Process Design & Sizing
We start with your process parameters: flow rate, pressure, temperature, fluid composition, GOR, water cut.
Tools: Process simulation, HTRI, P&ID development.
Mechanical Design
Pressure vessel design per GB 150 / ASME VIII. Nozzle layout, wall thickness calculation, material selection.
Carbon steel, 316L, duplex, clad plate.
Skid Piping & Layout
3D piping layout for skid-mounted systems. Minimized footprint, optimized maintenance access.
Structural steel base with load calculation.
Fabrication & Assembly
In-house: cutting, rolling, welding, heat treatment, NRT/RT/UT testing within our 30,000+ m² base.
Full in-house QC -- no subcontracting.
Instrumentation & Control
Field instruments: pressure, temperature, level, flow. Control panel: PLC/DCS, local and remote HMI options.
SCADA-ready, Ex-rated instruments available.
Skid Integration & FAT
Full skid assembly and pressure testing on-site. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with client witness available.
