Multi-Function Wellsite
Storage Collector
Oil-gas collection. Separation. Self-heating. Metering. Pressure-driven tanker loading. Natural gas engine power. Everything a remote wellsite needs -- in one factory-built unit.
The Single Answer to the Remote Wellsite Production Problem
A remote oil well without pipeline infrastructure faces a specific set of operational challenges: how to separate and store the crude oil, how to heat it for tanker loading in cold weather, how to measure production from an individual well, how to load road tankers without a pump or electrical power, and how to monitor and manage the wellsite without a permanent operator. The multi-function wellsite storage collector addresses all of these with a single, factory-built, self-contained unit.

Off-Grid Single-Well Production
The single most common application. Hours from the nearest town, with no grid power or pipeline. The collector handles the full cycle autonomously: separating gas, heating oil, metering daily production, and loading oil into tankers. The natural gas engine powers the site instruments and lighting completely off-grid.

Small Multi-Well Cluster Production
For two to four closely-spaced wells. A single multi-function collector serves as the cluster gathering point. Individual well metering is achieved by routing one well at a time through the test/metering mode of the collector's separator section -- identical to a full gathering station but at a compact scale.

Early-Stage Field Development
During early stages when the permanent gathering station is still under construction, the collector provides the infrastructure needed to begin generating cash flow. When the permanent station is complete, this mobile asset can be disconnected and redeployed to a new location.

Extended Production Testing
Suitable for extended production tests where individual well performance must be accurately measured over weeks. The collector provides continuous metering, accumulates totals, and transmits data via the remote monitoring system to the engineering team base in real time.
Product Integration Capability
Incorporates LINSON OIL's separator technology, electric heating systems, elevated storage tanks, and metering packages into a single unit.
Seven Functions. One Unit.
How the Collector Works From Wellhead to Tanker.

Wellhead Production Collection
Accepts the full range of wellhead pressures and flow rates expected over the producing life of the well, from high-pressure new wells to mature declining wells.
Gas-Liquid Separation
Built-in two-phase or three-phase separator removes associated gas. Gas is routed to the engine for power, metered, or flared. Liquids proceed to heating.
Self-Heating (Wellhead Gas)
Integrated heating system fuelled by separated wellhead gas. Maintains crude oil above pour point throughout storage, ensuring it remains pumpable.
Metering (Oil, Gas, Water)
Continuous measurement. Data is stored locally, displayed on the HMI, and transmitted via GPRS/4G/Satellite to the base office.
Elevated Storage
30-50 m³ capacity tank mounted 2.5-4.5 m above ground. Provides static head for gravity/pressure loading and allows ground-level tanker positioning.
Pressure-Driven Loading
Uses wellhead pressure or gas blanket to push oil into the tanker without a pump. No pump maintenance, no failures, no electrical load needed for loading.
Remote Monitoring & Unmanned Operation
Transmits real-time production data, tank level, heating status, and alarms via GPRS/4G or satellite. Operates autonomously for 2-7 days between operator or tanker driver visits.
