01 // Product Range
Separation Equipment Range
Start with the required separation duty, then configure vessel, internals, instruments and package scope around the actual process.
Core Separation Duty
02 // Core Product
Three-Phase Separators for Real Field Conditions.
Separator design is developed around the actual process envelope, required separation duty and installation conditions. Vessel geometry, retention time, nozzles, internals, corrosion requirements, instrumentation and control can be adjusted by project.
- Vessel sizing based on process conditions
- Separation internals selected by application
- Oil-water interface & liquid-level control
- Sand-removal provisions available by configuration
03 // Select by Separation Duty
Start With What Your Process Needs to Separate.
| Process Duty | Equipment Direction | Typical Purpose | Learn More |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oil / Gas / Water | Three-Phase Separator | Separates gas, hydrocarbon liquid and produced water within one separator system. | View Product → |
| Gas / Liquid | Two-Phase / Gas-Liquid Separator | Separates gas and liquid phases according to the required process duty. | View Product → |
| Testing / Metering | Metering / Test Separator | Supports production testing and measurement of separated process streams. | View Product → |
| Integrated Package | Skid-Mounted Separator System | Combines separation equipment with piping, valves, instrumentation and related skid components. | View Product → |
04 // Engineered to Operating Conditions
Your Process Data Defines the Configuration.
Separator sizing and configuration depend on the actual operating envelope. Process data is used to determine vessel arrangement, retention requirements, internals, materials, nozzles, instrumentation and control philosophy.
Pressure
Operating and design pressure requirements.
Temperature
Operating, design and site temperature conditions.
Flow Rate
Normal and expected operating throughput.
Water Cut
Produced-water fraction and required separation duty.
GOR & Sand
Gas-oil ratio and solids / sand conditions.
Fluid & Materials
Fluid composition, corrosion, H₂S / CO₂ and material requirements.
05 // Internals & Controls
Configure the Internal Separation Train.
Separator internals and instrumentation are selected according to fluid characteristics, separation duty, control requirements and equipment configuration.
Available by Configuration
Cyclonic Inlet
Available inlet arrangement for initial gas-liquid separation and inlet energy control.
TP / Coalescing Plates
Plate internals can increase effective separation area and support oil-water coalescence.
Mesh Demister
Mist-elimination arrangement for reducing liquid carryover from the gas section.
Interface & Level Control
Oil-water interface and liquid-level control arrangements configured to the separator design.
Sand Removal
Sand-collection and discharge provisions can be integrated for solids-bearing production fluids.
Instrumentation
Pressure, temperature, level and other project-required instrumentation can be integrated.
06 // Skid-Mounted Integration
Factory-Integrated Separator Packages.
Separator systems can be supplied as skid-mounted packages with associated piping, valves, instrumentation, controls and structural components integrated according to project scope.
07 // Project Evidence
He50 Three-Phase Separator Skid Project
Separation, Metering & Factory-Prefabricated Skid Integration.
The He50 separator skid was developed for three-phase separation of water-containing crude oil. Oil, gas and water are separated and measured before export, with valves, piping and related components integrated into the skid.
