Technical FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

What information is needed for an initial technical evaluation?
Please share available gas composition, flow, operating pressure and temperature, water and contaminant information, target condition, utility data, plot constraints, P&ID, data sheets, and applicable standards. Incomplete data can still be reviewed for clarification.
Can LINSON OIL customize the skid scope and battery limits?
Yes. Supply scope can be defined around agreed battery limits and may include process equipment, vessels, piping, valves, instruments, controls, structural steel, testing, documentation, and export preparation as required by the project.
Do you provide gas sweetening equipment?
Gas desulfurization or sweetening equipment is evaluated according to the actual gas composition, contaminants, target specification, utility conditions, applicable standards, and selected process route. No specific treatment technology is assumed before technical review.
What inspection and factory testing can be included?
Depending on the agreed scope, inspection can include material and certificate review, welding control, dimensional checks, NDT, pressure and leak tests, electrical and instrumentation tests, surface inspection, assembly verification, FAT, documentation review, and export-packaging inspection.
