LINSON OIL Gas Processing Packages

Custom Gas Processing Packages & Skid-Mounted Systems

Custom multidisciplinary packages for gas dehydration, treatment, condensate stabilization, associated-gas recovery, separation, and NGL-related duties. LINSON OIL integrates the agreed process scope, equipment, piping, E&I, controls, structure, testing, and export delivery requirements for your project.

Scope is engineered to agreed battery limits. We do not position every project as a default full turnkey LNG plant or assume all gas-processing functions are required.

What We Integrate

A package built around the actual process duty.

From one gas-treatment module to a coordinated multi-skid process package, the configuration starts with your feed conditions, production targets, operating environment, and defined interfaces. Each function is selected only where it supports the agreed duty.

Engineering principle

No assumed process blocks. No undefined interfaces. No generic package scope.

Gas processing equipment integration including vessels, process piping and control instruments
01

Separation

Two-phase, three-phase, gas-liquid, test / metering and other project-specific separation duties.

02

Dehydration

Molecular-sieve and other project-specific dehydration equipment, with regeneration and control functions configured to the defined duty.

03

Gas Treatment

Treatment equipment selected for confirmed gas composition, contaminants, operating pressure, and product targets.

04

Condensate Stabilization

Stabilization modules engineered around condensate characteristics, required product condition, utilities and site operation.

05

Associated Gas / NGL Recovery

Recovery and conditioning elements developed to project production, export, storage, and downstream interfaces.

06

Piping / E&I / Controls

Integrated piping, valves, instruments, electrical systems, control panels, cabling, and structural skid design.

Engineering Inputs

DEFINE THE PACKAGE BEFORE YOU COMPARE THE QUOTE.

A stronger package basis starts with available feed data, process objectives, battery limits, utilities and project execution requirements.

Gas processing package engineering review and P&ID coordination

Feed Data

Composition, flow range, pressure, temperature, liquids, water and contaminants where available.

Process Targets

Required gas / liquid condition, recovery objective, downstream destination and operating philosophy.

Utilities

Power, heating / cooling, fuel, instrument air, nitrogen, water, drainage and other available services.

Battery Limits

Process, piping, electrical, control, vent, drain and site tie-in boundaries.

Site / Transport

Plot space, lifting, transport envelope, modularization, access and ambient conditions.

Standards / Documents

Applicable codes, client specifications, hazardous-area basis, inspection requirements and deliverables.

Package Engineering

From process duty to export-ready package.

LINSON OIL coordinates process, mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and control disciplines around a confirmed project boundary. The result is an integrated package designed for fabrication, testing, transport, installation, and operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clarifying the package boundary.

Is LINSON OIL supplying a full turnkey LNG plant by default?
No. LINSON OIL provides custom gas-processing package integration to the agreed battery limits. LNG-related equipment is considered only when it is part of the confirmed project duty and scope.
Can you work from incomplete process information?
Yes. Share the available feed data, capacity target, application, site location, and drawings or specifications. Our team can identify critical open points for clarification and quotation.
What is normally included in a gas processing package?
Depending on agreed scope, a package can include process equipment, vessels, piping, valves, instruments, controls, electrical systems, structural skid steel, testing, documents, and export packing.
