How do we choose between water bath, vacuum phase-change and electromagnetic heating?
Selection starts with the process fluid, flow, inlet and outlet temperature, pressure, required heat duty, available site energy, hazardous-area requirements, control philosophy, installation conditions and desired package scope.
Do water bath and vacuum phase-change heaters always use the same heat source?
Do not assume one universal heat-source arrangement. The selected heat source and utility basis should be confirmed from the heater configuration, site conditions, owner requirements and project engineering.
Can LINSON OIL supply a complete heating skid?
Yes. Depending on the agreed scope, a heating package can integrate the heater with process piping, valves, instruments, electrical equipment, controls, structural steel, testing, documentation and export preparation.
What information should we send for a technical proposal?
Send available flow rate, fluid data, inlet and outlet temperature, operating/design pressure, required heat duty if known, energy availability, hazardous-area classification, site conditions, applicable standards, package boundary, P&ID and data sheets.
